This is a sleazy debt collection firmed called Morgan Phillips in Dallas. If you call their office they won't answer because there are people trying to sue them. What kind of collection company doesn't answer its own phone??

When they call they will tell you they are coming to your house/business to inventory all your assets and talk to your neighbors. They even call and claim that they are somebody else like an attorney or private investigator. It is all lies. Complete scumbags! Your best bet is to record all of your interactions with them and call an attorney that handles debt collection harassment cases.

A guy that calls himself David Cox calls and makes threats. He doesn't identify the company he works for. He has broken every FDCPA law on the books. Does anyone know who employs him?
