I received a letter to my PO Box but it didn't have my box number just PO BoxMERCY and my correct name with a return phone number of 214-631-1166.  It is from Silverleaf Resorts - a big scam timeshare company who I have NEVER done business with.  I'm wondering how the heck they got my cell number and my mailing address when I FERPA everything.  I'm beyond annoyed.  They claim in the letter to have issued and forwarded for deposit a check that I wrote back in October of 2012 - just now in April of 2013...!  From an account that I don't own at a bank that I don't bank with.  This smells rotten.  If anyone is interested in a class action suit against these scumbags I'm game!

Sorry for your bad experiences.  I have been an owner for over twelve years and use it every other weekend to go to Branson, MO.  I let all my relatives use it, too.  We spend every other week there during the summer.  (We are teachers.)  We have endless escapes and can use it for up to 6 nights with 7 nights in between.  We have definitely gotten our money's worth.

Just got a call from this number, which is local to me, but I still let it go to voice mail. Good lord! The message was so slurred and unrecognizable that I didn't even know what he wanted. "I'd like a few minutes of your time.. for you to come into my office?" I don't know.

Marta, tell them that you would like to be added to their do not call list. If they call again, ask for the supervisor. Tell them that you're going to report them to the FTC.

This number called my house and asked ME to take a message to my NEIGHBOR.  She said to tell them that she has some VERY EXCITING news about their property.

The call comes from Silverleaf Resort Corp. Office.  They call when you have not paid your bill for your time share. BTW....does anyone want to buy a timeshare in Chicago?

No one wants to buy TS anymore, because it is not a good investment. I am sorry that you bought one....
They like you to believe that you are buying real estate and it is not....
Only good thing is that will make you travel :)

these people keep calling me eventhough i told them to please remove me from their list...

These people keeps calling me even after 13 years to ask for information. At that time I signed a contract to purchase a timeshare with 2 other individuals and 2 weeks later  I changed my mind and removed myself from the contract. The two remaining owners have the timeshare, as far as I know, but these people keep calling me for unpaid morgage. I told them numerous time that I do not have an account with the company, but they keep calling. How can I get them to stop?

This number belongs to silverleaf resorts corporate office in Dallas TX, if you get a call from this number they are probably trying to collect money..
