three calls all after midnight from this number... I have no debt to anyone and have free credit report updates with lifelock now tell me how in the hell i have a debt lol. second round which is in violation of almost every federal law including three major lawsuit in arizona. a f rating through the bbb and even on irs watch list for identity theft. If i were anybody else do not i repeat do not answer any information or even accept the call. Just notify your phone provider and have them block more of there call numbers to follow.

Same here.  Have been getting calls from companies like this off and on for years now.  Even though I have moved and have different phone number.
At my old number this lady was using my phone number, even when I would answer the call and tell them that this was not her number they still contuinued to call and ask for her.  Got to a point where I would tell them to wait, while I got her and left the phone on the desk till they finally hung up.  Also received calls from a pharmacy about an order that was ready to pick up and would cancel it.  Same thing when the doctors' office would call to confirm an appointment.  This was done after they were informed it was not her number. I do not owe anyone and pay off my credit card every month.

I guess they are some collection service, but I have no bad debt, so they can....

Another call and no message and mailer. Since the 1st day they called I should have received a letter that they have the debt. FDCPA violation #1. Lets see how many they rack up.

Capital One...they are a branch of Capital One...since most credit cards sell their accounts to debt collection firms, but these guys just work for them for awhile and then Capital One will be calling in a few months again.

IF you are a company that is trying to collect charge off accounts for your customers, than that is illegal, because your customers usually receive credit for accounts that they have to charge off and they also can claim them on their taxes as a business loss along with alot of these companies carry insurance to cover these losses as well. You should be ashamed at yourself, for working for a company that is basically a leech.. Go out and get a real job, make a product and become productive.

I get this call almost daily, I just let the answering machine pick it up. They just hang up. very irritating

I get calls from them once a month.  No message, nothing.

got a miss call from them too. called back and they are called second round and they are a debt collector. they are legit cause it was a bill i owed. a payday loan from way back.

I called the nbr bk and she said "Thank you for calling SECOND ROUND" whatever that is, I just hung up and blocked through my carrier.

I have not been answering or posting on Craigslist but have received calls on my cell from this number but they do not leave a msg.  I do not answer (at work) for calls  from unknown numbers -so if they want to speak with me they will leave a msg.

I recently have been responding to Craigslist ads with my number as well and I just received a call from this number.  I'm in KY.

Got another call from this number today. I have noticed a weird pattern... not sure if there is anything to it, but I have a car for sale on Craigslist, and I got this call when I first listed the ad and again today when I refreshed the ad. I did see on another site like this one for unknown numbers calling people where someone mentioned that they had been replying to Craigslist ads with their phone number the same day that they received a call from this number as well.... weird. :o/
