Oh, by the way, the "Business" address that the first poster listed for this 'Company' - is actually an apartment complex. Imagine that - they have all of this oil and gas money flowing in and they can't even afford an OFFICE!!!

Investment pests.
They want to sell you (via cold calling) some type of oil and gas drilling project.
If it were truly a good deal, you'd never hear about it. Warren Buffet doesn't cold call strangers and offer to let them in on his next big deal - he keeps it to himself until it's done.
I guess that they need Christmas money. I started getting all of these calls at once here lately from these goobers offering up all kinds of oil and gas projects.
