I didnt answer this call its one of those RACHEL CARD SERVICES IM SURE so I dont answer any call I don't know - 3 min. later another number

Recording says it's "Kelly from Consumer Law." The beginning of the pitch makes it clear that this is another credit card phishing scam. I've reported it to the national Do Not Call Registry.

I was just called from this number. I hit Call Reject and, of course, no message was left.
The area code is Grand Prairie, Texas, close to Dallas. I know nobody there.
I googled the number and THIS interest result turned up: a CraigsList ad from April 4th! Here's what it says:
