I called them back as well.  The guy got so mad that they blocked my number.  I didn't even say anything to them!

These curry pieces of s*** tried the same thing on me anyone reading this don't fall for it they are trying to intimidate you into giving them cash that you don't owe I gave there number to all my friends so they could get some of there own medicine

I have gotten several calls from this number. I didn't answer but they left a nasty voicemail.  The guy had a very heavy Indian accent.He told me not to ignore his message and if I or my lawyer didn't call them, he said they would issue a warrant for my arrest and wish me good luck. I tried to call back but wouldn't go thru. I had gotten these calls before and had to switch my number.

My wife received a call stating some of the same comment but threatened to take out a warrant n have her arrested in 24 to 48 hours... But what they fail to realize I have been an Law Enforcement Officer for over ten years ... Never herd a warrant being issue in another state for an arrest for claim of a civil matter. This appear to b a scam and should be reported to the FCC or etc....

I recevied a call today at work and on my cell twice, said my name was on a listed of people being sued, but could not provide the name of the company that is suing me.  Wanted the name of my attorney.  They did the same thing in July 2012 and now they started calling again.   Callers name was James williams with an indian accent.

Getting repeated calls from this number. Obviously foreigners with thick middle eastern or Asian accents. They keep asking for the name of someone who had this number before and I tell them repeatedly that this is no longer her number, even to the point of shouting, and the calls persist. They seem to go in streaks with several weeks going by without being bothered, then they'll start back up again in earnest. They act like a collection agency of some sort but according to other posts, it's a scam.

Just received a call from William Green of Gibson & Gibson Law Firm at (214) 702-5271.  These a-holes have threatened and harassed me for a couple of years and I am getting disgusted and annoyed at their tactics.  They are calling with prepaid phones that was purchased in the USA and are CRIMINALS and should be prosecuted and detained in prison for their crimes.  I have contacted the FTC, FBI, Police Dept., Attorney General and the credit bureaus.  They are scammers and I will not subject myself to pay them any money.  If anyone else receives calls like this, just ignore them.  They are doing illegal practices and I hope that some day they will be caught and prosecuted to the extent of the US Law.

I got a call from this # saying that it is a law firm and are in the process of suing me.They would not give me any info about the suit but told me that my wages are going to be garnished, when I told him that "no they are not" he said "just wait and see". I called the number back a woman answered the phone, and answered with law firm (no name). When I asked for the law firms name and address she refused to give me the firms name then hung up on me.

This really annoying man with an accent so thick i cant understand what he is saying keeps calling. He says they have a lawsuit against me and Im going to jail. I hung up, decided to call back  but kept getting a busy signal. When he called back, which he does at least 5 times a day, I told him to mail me whatever he has but he insists that he needs to speak to my attorney or I can pay to stay out of jail.
These people are really working a nerve!!!!!!

Don't pay attention to the cowards or their fake threats. Block their numbers, and report them.

Just got a call from this number, Indian guy said his name is Michael Thompson would supply no info.  He transfered me to someone with an even thicjer indian accent Keith Melson he was rude an when I said excuse me he said I dont want to deal with prepare to be arrested .... these guys need to be stopped!!!!

I had received incremented message from this number. Trying to reach the caller of said number the phone does not ring.

i have a guy with a strong indian accent named Mark Connor called my work yesterday and my cell claiming to be from this law firm, and then same guy with the name of mathew Johnson, and I called bak to the firm and a girl named Katina or something and asked what law firm and she said she was looking for me, and I started to say something to her and she hung up. Now when I call back the line is Busy.  They have done this before with different number but same exchange.  Same thing said, they need to stop calling my work and my Cell...They need to be shut down...period..

Same thing happened to us. He called yesterday and again today. He knew the name of our company as well as a name of a former employee. He also stated that we should expect police at our office within a few hours.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

for the last two days this man called from this number and his name is Officer Alex White. and he was a Indian. and he told me that they would come to my door and pick me up.when I asked him for what he would NOT  tell me.so I told him come on. And he call me back and said he was some diffence name.

Any legal collection agency can accept your debit card it's a scam I've paid old debts and never had anyone tell me that or not accept my check or debit or they have some kind of online payment system the want you to get the prepaid card so the money is harder to trace I told those MF don't call me anymore and ill be contacting my states attorney general and giving there scam a** number google the number and you will see all the complaints Ali hajisheek a** scam artist

Recieved the same type call from an Indian guy claiming his name was Brandon Smith really and Indians guy named Brandon smith. He said I owe 791.00 dollars I said send me some documentation with your legal office letter head which he was unwilling to do after that I was told I would be arrested at my job I said ill be waiting but I'm not sending any money without documents showing what I owe this is a scam all the way don't send a dime to these Indian bafoons

These guys almost had me til the end of the call. The only payment they can accept is a prepaid card, not my bank card. Then I realized all three men that I spoke with had thick Indian accents. when i tried to call back from my daughters phone it was busy, then tried again and no dial tone. I did apply for loans online, that's how they got me. How do you know if it is real or not??

Jus got this same call. Sayin I owed and I needed to send $691.00 today else ill get a warnt for my arrest on friday and would have to pay the court $5000.00 in court cost andgo to jail. For a payday loan. But couldnt tall me what for and where from...

You can report them to the cops, the ftc www.ftc.gov, fcc www.fcc.gov, etc. If I were you, I'd block the number as well.

I have been receiving these same calls at work.  I was just told that I will be arrested tomorrow and go in front of a judge on Friday for a CIVIL case!   For starters,in civil suits, there are no arrests!  These people are insane, and I would like to know who I can contact to report this incident.  They continuously call me at work, and I can't afford to lose my job!  When I called the number back, a woman answered and acted like she did not hear me... I was on a landline not a cell!

I got the same call today and lost my job cause of it. The guy is an indian man who cant speak english and said he fuckued my mom last night. Does anyone know what to do about these people.

I just got the same phone call that you all are talking about. He threatened to arrest me tomorrow for a loan that I didn't receive. I told him to go ahead and try and arrest me. I also told them that if they call again they will see the cell doors shut behind them for threatening me.

These people did the exact same thing to me and I told them that I wanted their information and that I was going to get ahold of the attorney generals office and that they had better lose my information. The guy threatened to get ahold of my employer and claimed that he was sending information to the court's on Monday.  They have done this stuff before.  I wish some state officials would track these people down and throw the book at them for harassment and anything else that they can.

I also just received the same phone call telling me that I had a warrant for my arrest that I owed American Pay Day Loan.  Who can we repor this to?
