They also called me, but when I asked her what state agency she claimed to be a paralegal for she got very angry. I started laughing at her because of her childishness at which point she hung up. Bottom line, unless they mail you the proof that you actually owe a debt then they can blow smoke all they want. And for those who don't know this. They are claiming that send an affidavit to state which is bs, they can only file in the state in which the supposed fraud occurred in, I.e. if you live in Alaska, and did it there, they'd have to file in Alaska.

I've been getting these calls too. Be careful. They are calling from other numbers too: 214 646 1968, and 214 272 2394.  The  message sounded fishy, so I never picked up.  When I got the first call, I did research on the net to find nothing which speaks volumes. I have never called back, but they keep calling. They even called at 6:30 in the morning.  I'm going to provide this info to the local law enforcement.

This is a huge Scam. The worst is that everything I have reading complaints is exactly the same as the calls I recieved. My lawyer is the one who verified this. Be carefull.

This is still going on! I recieved call just like those above. Only I had a bankruptcy lawyer that I ad been using from last year. My lawyer called them back and was told that they would fax the info to her. They never did, but call ME back to threaten me some more with arrest. They even tried to tell me that the laws had changed about bankruptcy, and that they still could still follow thru with the 3 felony arrests for this. I called my lawyer back, she threatened to file charges against DMI and so far no more calls. It was my lawyer who sent me to ths site to show it was a scam. What ever you do, do not pay these people w/o checking to make sure it's legit. The had a lot of my personal info so e carefull.

Jessica Bradley called me also, i said i did not do a payday loan. she would not give me a exact date, sais i owe Cashjar, Said i will be arrested for check fraud. I asked her the name of her company, the Federal id for her company and physical address. SHe refused to give it to me. Said i will be arrested and Good Luck when im sitting in front of a judge. SHe was angry and abusive, i told her i would have my attorney contact her, she looked up a attorney with the same name and said she could not reach her. Cash jar does not exist!!!She gave me former addresses and place of employment for me. I filed a complaint with my local police dept, the FTA and CCS.

I had the same exact call last night.  Jessica Bradley calling from DMI stating that I had 3 cases of fraud against me from 2009 or 2010 for MyCashNow.  I've never done a payday loan online and she couldn't even give me an exact year that this supposedly took place.  She had called my work after I had left and gave a message with that information.. at my work place! I told her that I have never received any paperwork and if this was actual she needed to "resend" it to me for proof.  She said that they don't mail anything out.  She said that I either pay now or they will have the police pick me up, put me in handcuffs and I would have to sit in front of a judge.. She didn't care which..

Received a message to call this number back regarding charges of fraud against me. Called back and was told it was in reference to checks written to My Cash Now back in 2010 and referenced my last 4 of my social, an old employer,and an old address. I've never done business with that company and I don't write checks. I requested that something be mailed to me at my current address since she claimed something was sent to my old address. I was told something could be faxed to me. So, again, I requested something be mailed to me regarding this matter since I knew nothing about it. At that point, she got upset, told me age could care less about what I decided to do and hung up.

Called saying I needed to reference a case number regarding 3 cases of fraud against me. Named a company called DMI. Googled this info and could not find anything in regards to this company. The phone number came up on a bunch of spam sites. Am not going to call back, blocked this number on my cell phone.
