Got a call from 469 737 9316 tonight .. allegedly "process servers" from Docufile ..

Kid I spoke to had NO information on who their client was, what court they supposedly represented, etc, etc .. When I challenged their authority, legal credentials they hung up on me LOL  - So, I kept calling back and getting the same thing, hang ups LOL  

Seriously?  what legitimate court officer would hang up when ask for their credentials, license # etc?

Some A hole "supervisor" calling himself Mark Adams tried tuff talking me & said I need to call the "legal firm" handling my case at 877 715 7558 .. I called (blocked my outbound #) and got a voice mail calling themselves PH something or other ..NOT a law firm or any type of legal firm that I could ascertain .. of course I did not leave a message ..

Payday loan companies are notorious for using these types of lowlife impostors to do their dirty work as they know that in most States they lend in, they are doing so illegally due to laws forbidding payday loans!

The toolbag that originally called me claimed to be in Nevada but clearly the 469 exchange is in Texas .. I'm calling the Texas Attorney General's office tomorrow and filing a formal complaint against docufile, and Mark Adams & hopefully, the State of Texas will put these criminals behind REAL bars where they belong -

Anytime you get a call from one of these people, call them back A LOT and harass the hell out of them the way they were trying to harass you! Put you phone numbers on the Fed Do Not Call which makes their calling you a Federal Crime under FTC / FCC regulations - Report the numbers they call from to the proper authorities immediately!

Do not let these thugs push you or anyone you know around - They are nothing more than lowlife bill collectors and need to be shown no respect / given no quarter!

Lindsay told us the same "s*%#" and said did we want to claim "fraud" (whatever the heck that means) and if we did, the calls would presumably cease...we'll see. Got calls a few years back for our son, then they quit...now they're back calling every day. I told the guy yesterday he was an a*&%#$e and hung up...seconds later they called back. Again today with Lindsay who was more polite but wouldn't tell me anything...what a joke!

Just filed a report with the FTC.

Have been getting multiple calls about my daughter. They apparently have been threatening her for awhile. But certainly haven't served her with anything. Again, it is about an old credit issue that isn't even on her credit report anymore (and I think I paid it off way back when). They have asked for different amounts of money and calls have been from several different states.

same as omiss post -  They say they have a complaint against me and need someone to accept legal documents.  I gave them no info and told them if they need to serve her then do it!  latest call was from this number but also from Orange County, Arizona and Illinois.  Have been getting these daily and sometimes multiple times for two weeks now.  I assume it's a scam otherwise they would serve???  any suggestions on how to stop it?

SCAMMERS!!!! SAME story as Mr. Me above! Jennifer, Docufile, ya-da-ya-da-ya-da... stated she was calling from Alabama caller id reading 949 734 3016 in Newport Beach, California. targeting seniors. warning about somebody coming up to the door if one doesn't call 855 676 2777. be my guest. we got "castle laws" down here!

Filing complaints with the FCC and local authorities.

OK so they called my Mom too and told her they are going to serve her legal papers for me?  I know they cannot serve her b/c she is not me but this same thing happened to me about a year ago.  They told me that I owed on a credit account that had long since been closed and paid off.  Then they tried to scare me into a sheriff coming with a summons and that I needed to pay it ASAP.  I called the county courts and they said there was nothing on the books for me to get any kind of summons.  I started tracking them down and their address was a PO box at an USPS store in CA.  I called there and they had gotten tons of complaints against that box.  I called the government center in CA and filed a complaint and then the calls stopped.  Now they seem to be bothering me again.

I got this same call just today.  No message, what is docufile?

Called this number back, spoke with Jennifer said she was from Docufile, asked what they did, she said that she followed up on complaints (yeah right) Probably some low ball collections working out of house.
