It was TXU Energy Executive office in Texas, re my complaint. They left an 888 Number, which I lost...When I dialed the number above, it was a disconnected number. What a bunch of crap!

It's a main line out for TXU Energy - that number shows up for anyone that calls out from TXU corporate. It may not be the same number for TXU Customer Service or repair or similar.
