They call every night, never leaving a msg, if I answer, they normally hang up after a brief automated hold, with what sounds like loud Casino noises in the background. I called back, and did get to speak with a man. I told him to stop calling my number, as I was on the do not call list. It appeared that he was having trouble hearing me, as the casino noise kept interrupting in the back ground. I got a little irritated, and when he smarted off to me, that I had only given him 9 digits of my number. He told me I was rude, and hung up! Really? I'm rude? Calling someone at 9:40 every night is ok?
I'll be reporting this shady outfit to the Texas Attorney Generals Office, and th do Not Call List, website.

called and will not leave a mesage and just hangs up when you call back i have had them tell me about all the magazines i am getting and that i own them money i have asked them to send me a contract showing my order and to take me off there list but get no reponce someone please help me shut them down

these people called me as well and knew  what magazines i was getting. how would they get that? then said they needed to update my file. asked for cc # stupid me fell for scam but i didnt let them get away with it. i contacted the attorney generals office and filed which i suggest you all do!!! this is a scam for stealing your money and identity!!! closed my accounts ha ha to them! by the way i googled them. name is joe smart address is corner of young st & s.ervay st dallas tx. i called back and left a phone message that i was on to them. you should all do the same and file police reports as i did. you can even get an arial map off reverse number find. i was able to get vehicle and plate #s

They keep calling ask for my daughter but will not leave any information. Thanks for the heads up.

They called and left 2 messages actually calling out my name as if a friend.  Driving me crazy.

UPDATE - I got a live person when I called this 214-774-4390 (only one call so far today)and it connects to a company called WYNIT, who distribute electronics.    So, out of curiosity I pulled up the website and called the (different) phone number listed on their website. Same guy answered. Since this is obviously some sort of phone scam I will be filling out all the complaint forms tonight and submitting them for harassment.

I got the same call regarding whether or not my magazines were arriving in good condition.  I knew it sounded fishy when the guy on the other line (and his "manager") couldn't even tell me which magazine they were calling about.  Sounds like a scam to me.

I've had these "people" calling me twice a day now for weeks - but every time I answer they hang up. Whenever I call back it is a voice mail. I left a curt message that included my phone # (which they already have) explaining that if I receive ONE more call I am reporting them to my phone company, the FCC, and filing a complaint on one of those cool little forms on the Do Not Call website.

 I am curious about one thing - this never started until I signed up for digital phone with my internet service. I wonder if it is somehow connected?

They called my home and cell numbers, saying they were checking up on whether or not my magazines were coming in good condition. I'm not sure what they were talking about...the call came while I was standing in a hospital so I cut them off. But they have called again, but I missed the call. They said they have received complaints about their magazines coming to other area subscribers damaged.

These people called and stated that they were calling in regard to one of my
wife's magazine subscriptions.  They stated that her credit card expired and they wanted her to give them another credit card number.  Luckily she smelled a
skunk and did not give them our CC#.  She got this magazine subscription free
by cashing her unused frequently flier miles.  This magazine should not have
a CC# on file.  My question is...how did they know what magazine she subscribes
to, our address, our phone number, etc.

Damn scam artists.  DON'T TELL THEM ANYTHING!!

The woman on the phone said she was calling about my magazine subscriptions. I told her I didnt have any. She then listed off 5 different magazines, to which I replied that I didnt receive any of the above. She then said in a very snotty tone, "well your boyfriend" must receive them. I said I didnt have a boyfriend and that no magazines are in my name and to never call  my number again. She hung up.

I recieved a call this morning from this number. They were trying to tell me that they represented a periodical company that I order from (first mistake as I don't order from them). The young man asked if I wanted my automatic renewal cancelled (second mistake, I don't have automatic renewal). Then he wanted to know if I was married, owned or rented, how long there, and my age. Didn't get that info either. Then someone else got on the phone and tried to tell me that I still owed for magazines and listed 4 of them (third mistake, I don't get any of them) He tried to say that my American Express card was expired and they did not know how to get in touch with me to get a new number. (BIG MISTAKE~~~ He didn't get it)It was at that point the nice young man became irritated stating it was my responsibility to take care of this, and giving me the new number would take care of it. I will be calling American Express.  Like others have said there were alot of laughing and joking around like it was a bunch of college kids. I did call the number back and was asked to leave a message. I am sure they won't like mine

This tel.# called my home a few minutes ago & I could hear a group of voices, mixed male & female.  They were laughing & joking & didn't realize they were being recorded.One sentence I could make out was "I'll call you back in six hours, when I get to Key West". Then the group started laughing like he supposedly imatated something that was a joke to them.  This is all I can gather from this number.--It must be a telemarketing company trying to lure potential bookings for whatever reason.  They are not funny & if this is how they represent their company, then DO NOT EVER SAY YES TO THEIR OFFER.  Evidently, they are the BIG JOKE!

I have been called by this number for the past 3 or 4 days, and there is never anyone on the line.  When I first called this number back, it gave a "Mailbox is full and can't accept any more messages at this time" prompt.  This is ridiculous.  I went online today and googled this number and got this website.  Whomever these people are, not sure what happened, but I just tried to call their number again a few minutes ago, and now I am getting a "This number is no longer is service" prompt.  Gotta love scams.......NOT!!

That number called my wife asking to speak to me. She said that I am not there and they hung up. I called them and got a "Mailbox full and can't accept any messages at this time" prompt.

this number has called my home for the past three days, probably 20 times asking to speak to my husband. They will not leave a message or talk with me. I am sick of the calls and have asked them not to call my number anymore, but they continue. If you are reading this stop calling my home.
