I have received several calls from Darryl Rogersvstating he has coirt case on his desk to be filed in my name and i checked the court files this false and everytime i call him all i get is voice mail, and he also left my personal information on my mother's so i called him and i left him a message stating i hv contacted my atty and he has been notified and 2 ceast and decist all contact with amd 2 contact my atty only,it' s aganist the law 2 call and harass me and 2 lv personal info on someone elses voice mail. Please eveyone let's continue 2 expose these fake debt collectors.

Received a call (214-919-4183) from a Something Porter and Mullins and Kane...   Saying I had a debt/payday loan debt  from 2009 totaling up to $911.00.  I asked them to fax me something, gave them my fax  number and have been waiting ever since..

Received a call for Mr. Rodgers at Mullins & Kane looking for our daugher about a check that was returned for insufficent funds. Our daughter lives 3 hrs. away and did not know what he was talking about. I called the 214 919 4183 and when the telephone was answered the person wanted to know my name and got very irate when I would not give him my name and said "we are going to sue you "and slammed the telephone down.
In about a minute Mr. Rodgers called back to my cell phone # and wanted to speak to a totally different person and said he was trying to find someone in North Carolina . I assured him that I did not know anyone by that last name and he was my high school basketball coach and was about 85 years old . He laughed and hung up the phone. This harrassement and I would like for it to stop.

Also use Mr Fisher, Gary Long and Ken Clinton III.  Claim to be an IRS Auditor investigating your SSN with your Employer as well as Delevering a Summons "within 24 to 48 hours" (My personal favorite).  Other #'s they use for call back are 214 919 4186, 4189 and 866 219 5784. I have reported what little info they will provide under Ken Clinton III to the TX Attny Generals Office reference # H385863 401.  I also reported to IRS Identity theft Protection, Social Security Fraud Division and Federal Trade Commission.

We are aware of this fraud and are actively investigating all cases as well as cooperating with State and Federal Authorities.  The Better Business Bureau and the Community Financial Service Association are also aware of this fraudulent debt collector activity and have issued consumer alerts.  More information regarding this alert can be accessed on the Better Business Bureau website.

For future reference, the following advice is offered to those who receive a suspicious telephone call about an outstanding debt:
Ask the debt collector to provide official documentation which substantiates the debt.
Contact the original creditor to confirm the debt and verify that it was sold to a third party.
Do not provide or confirm any bank account, credit card or other personal information over the phone until you have confirmed the legitimacy of the call.
File a complaint online with the Federal Trade Commission  at http://www.ftc.gov/index.shtml  if the caller is abusive, uses threats or otherwise.

Oh my READ THIS!!  Okay Mike Fisher at 214.919.4183 or should I say Greg Porter.  Will the real name stand up.  So I get a message from a Greg Porter that he has a court summons,  I call and the information is very weird again, all this confidential that they can not give me information but if i want to work out a payment thing,  excuse me then I call the courts and no court case is filed against me.  Ok Mr. Porter or whatever your name is,  I called after hours and listened to your voice mailed even recorded it because it is the same guy on my voice mail.  REALLY I had someone else listen to it and YES it is the same person different names.  Come on Will this ever stop.  Don't even give a company name.  Oh Yea Easy Corp is their Client.  That is your client never EVER Heard of them, then when you try to find them they never heard of me.  Then I call the companies you said deal with them and wow they never deal with them.  214.919.4183 is REPORTED to the FBI and other authorities,  I am so sick of these people.  I am getting a Lawyer to pursue a lawsuit against 214.919.4183 and hasement.  Has anyone else received calls and what do they say.  When the first call came in it was an unknown caller which makes it a RED FLAG.  I told them just send the summons I will go to court and just get this over with.

She said she was an investigator with Tarrant County and was trying to collect on a payday loan debt. That if a 500 dollar payment wasnt made today she would have the snohomish county arrest my friend. yep collection agency she called it something else but all there doing is trying to church it up.....
