got a voice recording when answering "This is not a sales call please call 800-291-4986 for important information". well I just reported them for harassment. You DIDNT identify yourself, you were NOT a live person, and you DIDNT state your intent for the call. BUSTED

victoria princeton attempted to collect an erroneous debt.  when i told her that this was in error, she stated that she would pull my bills and call me the next morning and we set up a time.

she never called back so that i could prove to her that there was no real electric charge, just estimated bills which was an error because the dwelling had no usage due to being totally without utilities since hurricane sandy destroyed it.

i have since managed to find a person who understood the problem at jcp&l and says she and a supervisor have taken care of the problem and i will be rebilled for "NO USAGE" and zero dollars.

before that i had tried to call victoria princeton backseveral times and finally left a message.  she called me this morning and was rude and did not let me explain the situation, insisting that there was indeed electric meter usage.  as a hurricane victim, i certainly did not need the added abuse and stress caused by this woman!

They call twice a day, leaving pre recorded messages to press 1 for a representative regarding an urgent matter, they only call once on sundays, I have reported them for the do not call list, though my son in law lived here for a while and ran up debts before taking off back to texas, so they could just as easily be a debt collection agency.

They call and there is one answering.  They leave voice mail with nothing being said.  Just silence.

The Revenue Group is a collection agency for a debt that you have with a company that uses them.  They are not spammers...you owe someone money.

I got a call from this number from the offices of "Heather Anderson" from the "Revenue Group." I tried calling back a couple times and no one answered. After seeing all these responses that they are spammers, I will NOT be trying to contact them again.

MS Victoria Princeton (sic) phoned me today. She did not use my legal name or leave a real message. Just said she was lookiing fo me and I should return her call. Was on my unlisted home phone number which has been registered on Do Not Call for several years ........

These idiots keep calling me on my kids emergency number so i called back and got voicemail and i told them off telling them i looked up their number and their spammers and to take me off list and they bet not ever call me again!

HEY you want their address so you can write a letter of complaint?  After arguing with them for 10+ minutes I got their address.  They have been harrassing me for months over a utility bill that I don't even have.  I am writing a letter and cc'g the Attorney General in their state, that should get some action!

got a call from this number they left a voice mail saying i needed to return the call to her (victoria princeton was her name) regarding a letter that was just recetly sent to me.......i called the number and it said please hold ur call is important t us....no one ever answered!!! they never said what company they were while o hold so i have no clue who they are or how they got my NAME and my CELL PHONE number!?!?!?!?!!!!!!! anyone have any ideas who this is???????

These people keep calling me and estating they need to talk about my doctor bills I am 13 years old I have no doctors bills to pay

I got a call from this number from a Ron Allen for my ex-husband.  This is my cell # and my ex would never give it out to anyone.  I think it's a scam.

They left a message stating it was the "Revenue Department" with a 'personal matter' to discuss.  Same call last week, said they were First Energy to get money I owed at my last residence on my electric bill.  I told them I moved, kept the same power company and all dollars were transferred to my new account and I don't owe them anything. They said, you are right all the dollars were transferred to your new bill at the new address but that I was in "collection" for a portion of it and had to pay them that day with my bank account, etc.  I told them I talked to the power company two days prior and got back on my payment plan by which I pay the same every month and already made a payment to them on the web site, had my transaction # and the woman said that there was no payment and no notes that I called.  I gave the payment transaction #, she said I made it up.  I called my power company directly, they said they have not sent anything out for collection and I have nothing past due.  I gave them the 800 # that called me, but said they would check it out.  Got another call today.  I am NOT returning the call.

If you have a reject list on your phone ,(should be under phone book options) it helps alot because u are not bothered with them> but some times they still leave v/m

I received a call from a "jason" he left a voice mail telling me that he needs a call back from me at his office! 216-763-2150 x#2262. I called back on the 800# and he answered directly. I asked what company this was and he told me "revenue" thinking it had some thing to do with the IRS, I provided my phone number. He told me that he was calling because of a pest control bill from 2 years ago! After explaining to him that I was unable to make plans to pay> he says that there was no other options! i hung up after he offered me a hardship settlement... what a joke! people are struggling to pay their rent/mortgage and utilities > who cares about a damn pest control bill?

My son received a phone call fron this number and they said they were affiliated with our local electric company. They told him he owed money and they asked him for personial information (S.S.#) HA HA. They told him they would call him back in a couple of days.Does anybody know the name of this supposed company?

This number has been calling me for 3 days now. When I call it back a Nancy Willis answers, but refuses to say which company she represents until I provide my personal information. Like THAT'S gonna happen

Someone named Tony Oliver saying that it's imperative that he speak to me....doesn't identify who he is or what company he's with...I have some outstanding bills, but I don't respond to obscure messages like this.
