Ho-hum, another call from another robodial scam. Rang my cell but left no msg. The only way to stop these jerks is for all of us to band together and never answer a number we don't recognize. If it's a real call they'll leave you a voicemail.

I've received calls from this number as well.  No message.   Haven't answered it but looks like I need to block it.

I answered the call finally today and he butchered my name.  Sounded like he was in a large crowd on a cell phone as it kept breaking up.  I told him I thought he had the wrong number (despite the fact that I knew he was trying to get me) and he said ok I was calling about flowers.  Then I said were you trying to deliver flowers to this person and they said ah no um sorry.  You have a good day and hung up.  WEIRD!!!!  I don't know how to block the number but definitely need to!

Apparently this bunch is still at it. Just received a call on my cell. I was in a meeting so didn't answer. Tried to return the call and got the same message everybody else has gotten. If they call again, I will block the number.

I got this call 3 times in the last week and each time I answered the call, I spoke with a different person who barely spoke English.  They were asking about a car I sold a year ago.  They asked me what I bought to replace it and I told them it was none of their business and I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.  Will also block them from my cell phone.

Calls. No message. When answered I get a hanng up. When I call back. They are closed

Calls my cell phone every day for 1 week. I finally answer telling them to take me off their calling list. In his foreign accent he explains to me that he has never called my number before. I asked to be taken off the list again, he keeps talking and arguing with me. I asked 2 more times and finally he said its not his fault. I finally had to hang up.

This number has called me several times.  It is registered in Dallas, Texas.  They never leave a voice mail and when I call back the voice mail says the office is closed and to call back between 7am - 4pm PACIFIC time!  (*Dallas is in Central time.  I know because I live in Dallas!) ....Same as everyone above....!  :-)

Several calls over the past two weeks from this number. I asked the guy his name he says "David Rose" but has a heavier accent then Duck Fan. It is a Vehicle Warranty Company that bought a list of vehicle owners with type and whatever number you had at time of purchase.

Curious if this is due to car renewal, auto repair, or auto service. I have done all three recently so that may be the source of who is selling the information.

is there a government agency applicable for filing a complaint against these people?
I have a contact with a Texas State Attorney General's office....

BLOCKED THE NUMBER ON MY CELL!

This Number is calling me and I don't own a Chevy or Acura nor a Mercedes! Wont leave message!

I got a called today from this number. A guy asked for me by NAME..... selling Vehicle Extended Warranty for my current car!!!! Very Creepy!!! I own a Nissan!  Who is selling our vehicle information?????  I am soo thankful for Call Blocking! Sounds like a SCAM for sure!

They called my work today. A guy that doesn't speak clear English said he is from Vehicle Extended Warranty Department and asked for my Pilot's mileage. So I asked him why you want to know my mileage and Extended Warranty Department of what/where, he hung up. Doesn't sound to me a legitimate business.

Some sort of scam. Guy barely spoke English and was claiming to be "vehicle warranty intake". Pressed him for what company after a few evasive responses he hung up.

Received a call from this number and answered it, it is an extended car warranty on a car that I traded in two years ago and told them so, then  I asked them how did you get my cell phone number? The guy just said great question but how many miles do you have on your car.  I said didn't you hear me, I don't own the car anymore, then he said do you have another car you would like to have coverage on?  I said no, I'm going to hang up now and he said, wait a minute, would you please talk to my supervisor?  What the???  Craziness!

It happened to me everyday for the last 5 days, today I blocked their number from my cell phone.

This number calls all the time and hangs up every time I answer it.

I'm on my way to kick some a** up there!

Answer: A company that is faking (spoofing) its caller ID to make the number look local, and get you to pick up the phone. Now what does that tell you about this company?
