These Electric Company Hawkers are every bit as annoying as Rachael from Card Services and Tom from Home Protection.  They are the SAME SCAMMING TELEMARKETERS completely ignoring the Do Not Call List.  They have called me from 5 different numbers in the past 2 weeks.  I report them every single time!!!!!
They need to be caught and Fined Hugely!!!

215-213-5423, 215-242-4843 and 215-213-3234  all come from the same area..
I have a message on my machine that saids if your a telemarket stop calling.. I am on the
DNC list, but I don't think it does any good..  Someone posted that anyone can put any # they
choose up for caller ID.. to make you think its a legitimate call..and that's true they can..
My theory is if I want you to call I will call you first and calling any of these are doubtful..

I called these morons and they apologized and said they hadn't gotten around to scrubbing against the Do Not Call list.  Report them to the Do Not Call site.

This company keeps calling me.  I wish they would stop.  Never leaves a message and usually the call disconnects.

Contact the PA Attorney Generals office and file a complaint online thru the PA DNC list and web site.

Called me for the first time last week when I was home - said they were PECO and they wanted to tell me about an electricity deal with a company called Rescom. They gave me prices, etc, seemed legit, although the person on the phone was a little awkward. I figured it was a newbie. I asked for a week to think it over, because I don't trust ANY of the resellers.

I Googled Rescom and found several different companies by that name, all energy resellers, some with fake-looking websites with bad grammar, etc. Others were more credible. But I still don't trust any resellers.

Then for the rest of this week I've been out during the day, and come home to find this number on my caller ID. They don't leave any message. I call the number back and it says the number is not in service.

So today I Googled it, and ... here we all are. And I'm supoed to be on the Do Not Call list permanently. Is there anything meaningful I can do?

Calls several times a day with something to do about switching power providers. Very annoying

It is downright annoying.
It is an unwanted call.

They have also used alternate phone numbers from which to place these telemarket calls.
I suppose they think that by using area code 215 - which is mine, that we will answer.

Keep getting this phone call. I called back and the response I get is the the number is no longer in service. There is also another number that calls same thing. Other number is 215-213-3234. I'm getting sick and tired of these calls. I report them but they do not stop and I have extra services I pay for to stop this stuff.

They keep calling back. This time my answering machine would not respond to the call, and when it did, it said" enter security code". I have never had that happen and the machine is a few years old. Something is very suspicious about that number.

Recorded Message and I chose #5 to speak to someone. When they did pick up the line I asked the representative to identify the company he is representating...he hung up. Tried to call back the phone number 215.242.4843 and got a recording that the number is not working. Shame on me for picking up the phone when caller ID did not give me a company name...

They're doing the same thing to me Pat... This makes the 4th 215 area code I have blocked in the past week.  They are ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous.  Why do they think ANYONE would fall for this kind of harassing Telemarketing campaign?

Received a call from this number at about quarter to 7 on June 21st. I suspect it is the bogus electricity resellers. Every time I block one number they spoof another in the 215 area - this is how you can tell they are obviously scammers. Reported to the DNC.
