I got a call from this number and another one with the same story.  What I did was call them back over and over until they got so angry they started hanging up on me.  Seems to work.  They definitely stop calling after that.

i got a phone call bout two ago saying almost the same thing he said he was from nash county sheriff deparment and for me to call this number i call the number back and the same guy answer the phone and told me i had a warrant for my arrest and if i would send 140 dollars a month they wouldnt issue the warrant i knew something was up cuz i dont stay in nash county they call my job today and i almost lost my job behind this mess.I had to google the number cuz it just didnt sound right.

I just received a call from this same guy "Tom OBrian" who claims to be with the Florida State Police and Department of Bureau of Crime...(What??) Then, stated that I needed to come surrender myself to the nearest police station or I will be issued a warrant for my arrest. He said to contact him or officer John Watson at 215.302.3662. He stated I had a federal offense claim against me. I am so sick of these Scamming people and them harassing me!!! What should I do??

I received a call this morning from 770-942-2121 which is actually the Douglas County Police Department. The caller had a strong (Indian) accent and fold me to call Thomas O'Brien at 215-302-3662 within the next 30 minutes or they would come to my job with a Federal Warrant to arrest me. The caller identified himself as James Murphy but when I called the Douglas County Police Department later to verify this, I was advised that no one by that name worked there. Also when I called the 215 number a woman just said can I help you no salutation with a business name or anything and when I asked for Thomas O'Brien it sounded like the same guy from before with the (Indian) accent. When I pressed him for information he said something about some Pay Day Loans that I owe. I've never taken out a Pay Day loan so I know this is bogus. What concerns me is that he has my personal information. I immediately got a credit report from all three reporting agencies and there was nothing suspicious. I plan to contact the Douglas County Police Department again to let them know they've been hacked. Seriously, as if we do not have enough to deal with just working and trying to survive everyday some low life despicable worthless pieces of trash have nothing better to do with senseless existence than be harrass honest, decent tax paying citizens.

Received phone call from person stating that he was Sheriff Boyer of Kitsap Co.  Said that I needed to call back 215-302-3662 because a federal agent had filed a complaint against me.  This is a scam, it is scairy but it is a scam.

I just got a call from Thomas Obrian. The number they gave to call me back was 215-302-3662. he claimed I took out a loan in 2010. I know for a fact I didnt. They also said they have 5 warrants for my arrest for owing a payday loan. They quickly hung up when I asked for paperwork to verify this because I knew it was fraud they hurried up and got off the phone.

Received a call today from the Chester County police dept. Said I would be arrested if I did not call them back. Had a recent scam artist try to get money out of me calling from a 911 number. These guys are scam artists

You and your boss can't sit there waiting for those phantom police and tell us you've no idea what's happening or why the solutions will not be straightforward or rapid.

I'm getting calls at my job and cell phone number. My HR manager just handed me a phone number listed below to call John Schumake with the Fed Bureau. Yet, I called the number and a person with a very heavy accent answered and was nasty and said to pay up, or cops will be showing up to my job. I don't take out loans number one, and I want these a***oles to stop calling. How do I make this stop? I been sitting here and no cops showed up and now my HR Manager thinks there's some kind of federal complaint. WTF is wrong with people now a days. Why can't they just catch these scammers and throw away the key.  Please advise.

Got a call from a 225 (baton rouge,LA) number telling me a federal warrant had been issued for my arrest and gave me this number (215-302-3662) to call, said if I didn't call officer Thomas O'Brian they would sign my warrant. Same thing, guy answered immediately when I called with a middle eastern accent told me the same thing the first guy had told me, that a federal complaint had been filed from cash advance USA for a loam I never paid back. First of all I've never in my life taken out a loan, I let him have right off bat told him to go f* himself and if there was really a federal warrant that was about to be issued for my arrest them I wanted to speak to someone who actually spoke English & that they can send certified legal papers to my mailing address. He hung up on me quick & I haven't heard anything back since. Lol. I knew it was bs as soon as the first number called.

I just received a call telling me I had a arrest warrent against my name and social security number.  If I didnt call back Office Johnny Gage, that they would send the Feds to arrest me at my place of employment or wherever they could get me.  The number to call back was 215-302-3662.  Like Parole Agent Bill stated there is lots of noice in the background.

This company is a scam !!! I sent them money from a money pak and to find out that this is not true if they tell you that you owe them .... HANG UP AND CALL THE POLICE !!!!!

I received a phone call that came from a "restricted" phone number. The person stated I had a federal complaint against me for a loan I never paid back. I began to question who/what/where the person was and where was he calling from. He finally said his name was Johnnie Brown from the San Bernardino County Sheriff Office. He told me he was sending federal agents to arrest me. The number he told me to call was (215) 302-3662. When I called the number, there was no official name of where or who was the person on the other end was, all I could hear was background noise.....hmmm. Sonds like a scam to me. Sounds as though the idiot on the other end assumed the caller, was "me". He also stated I had 5 federal complaints against me, and would send agents to arrest me. I continued my line of questioning, the idiot hung up.    Several hours later, I received a similar phone call, this time with no number to call back. I contacted the Fontana, CA. Police Dept, made a report and won't give it any more thought.    Please, people be careful of who you talk to. Don't volunteer any personal info about you.....and certainly don't fall into this and agreee to pay for something you don't know about.. Happy  SAFE Holidays

Who is this? Caller had accent. Claimed 2 to be an investigater and said about a legal matter.

Alert your job, your family friends and anyone you talk to.I called the Maui Police department and reported that he is using there phone number and then continued to file a report. He has hacked into the police department using there phone lines to scam people and threating that they will get arrested if they don't settle there debt RIGHT NOW! Well don't let him bully you and never ever give them your bank account number or any credit or debt card numbers. Simply tell him to go ahead and sue you and I promise you no one will come and arrest you. If legit busnisses is seeking payment, they will do it the legal way and through the courts.

Webjust now got ca call from this number saying he was with a detective agency saying we owed money to a cash advance company and if we didn't call them back in thirty minutes my wife was going to be taken into federal custody... Then we got a call from lake county sheriffs saying that they he was sheriff John badge number 556 so I called lake county back and gave them the name and badge number and they said that we needed to call Valpo pd and file a report because they had nobody by that name or badge number.... Now someone needs to put a stop to this before people start taking it into their own hands thanks

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I got a call from this number, telling me that i got a loan from them. I never received any loan in my whole life.

This company is constantly calling our place of business. Can someone put a stop to this?

These people called from 214-670-4413 and left a message for me to call 215-302-3662.  Instead I just hit "call back" from my voicemail.  It was the Dallas County Police Department and they said nobody called me from their number.  So, I called the numberthey left on the voicemail.  They are trying tocollect from people.  I do not have any debts with them and have no idea who they are but they said that I have a warrent out for my arrest.  The Dallas county Police said I needed to file a police report.
They are hackers who have hacked the police department phone number.   They refuse to send me information validating the debt they say I owe.  SCAMMMM!  The police department said to find out who they are and send them a letter requesting not to contact me anymore but they would not give me a company name or address.  They are not the Law, don't fall for it!
