Who is the owner?

Put down upon picking up. Couldn't call back.

These are people that are attempting identity theft. They called me and said they were called Tall Publication Services and told me I was entered to win $100,000.00. They tried to pose as if they were going to give me a free dimand watch and a 60 free issues to certain magazines. They asked for my check card number and its experation date but I didn't give them anything. The zip code that they gave me for their corporation was a Maine zip code but the area code from the call was from Philadelphia. These guys are losers with no jobs so they do this for a living.

I was called by this number yesterday and they did not leave a voicemail.

I'v been getting this call for a few days now and every-time i get it nobody is on the other end and then it hangs up. This is very annoying, especially when you call back and it says the number is incorrect.

I got this call today from Philadelphia, PA and if i call it back the message is this is not a working number. Some woman asked for me. I told her you have the wrong number. If I cant call it back it can't be good.

I am getting this call too. I think it is because I replied to a car add on craigslist. The guy told me he lived in Philadelphia, PA. When I answer the call it sounds static-y and I can't hear anyone speaking.
