As always on 800 notes, when you see an out of context message - it's a fake. They are most often found on fake loan offers, but this one fits.

Sound more like an SEO shill doing a little "reputation enhancement"  for some  client with a questionable reputation.   Just so you know, posing as a client when in fact you are a paid  representative violates FTC false advertising regulations and can lead to fines.

This was a legitimate call.
Caller identified herself as being "with Janssen Pharmaceuticals" and was requesting additional information about a medication side effect (of ineffectiveness) about which I had shortly before discussed with a Janssen professional services representative in a call that I had initiated.
