Hi David Lugo.  You are a raving idiot.  I am Taron...I'm not hiding anything at all because I am a person of good moral character and good standing.  I have no reason to hide or LIE about my life.

So let's CORRECT your UNEDUCATED RANT:

1.)  I TOLD you all the truth about how long I was with KMM.  Since Nov. 11, 2012.  No big whoop.

2.)  You dug around and google and came across my FB profile (again, NO SECRET!) which stated that I lived in Beverly Hills.  GUESS WHAT DAVID LUGO???  THERE ARE MORE THAN ONE!!!!!  I lived in a section of Upper Darby called...omg, "BEVERLY HILLS"...and guess what the middle school is called?????  Any guesses????  BEVERLY HILL MIDDLE SCHOOL.  Google THAT you moron...especially when you decide to try to blast someone who did NOTHING to YOU!  You're crazy and pathetic.

3.)  You seem to forget that I was ALSO mulling the situation over...paying ATTENTION to details, conversations, etc. so that I could determine the company's reputability.  I got promotions so I kept going.  I QUIT on FEB 14, 2013!  Did you "research" THAT???  I left b/c I didn't like they way they treated their staff, models, and others.  So that means I was there for 4 months!  I never lied to you guys about ANYTHING.

4.)  I'm certainly not DEFENDING KMM AT ALL!  I separated myself from them because I DID NOT WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED with them anymore...for the same reasons mostly everyone else quits!  So don't get on the internet with your poorly "researched" information spouting crap about me and calling me a liar!  You're an idiot.

5.)  So now that you have your facts straight on ME, you can stop talking crap and acting like you know ANYTHING AT ALL about ME.  You don't.

***ANYONE WHO LISTENS TO THIS GUY, BEWARE, HE DOES NOT GET ALL OF HIS FACTS STRAIGHT!  DON'T LISTEN TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT.****

I just finished the "Training" over at KMM, and it is a joke.  Call me out for slander, and I will prove to you I am right.  1) Check out the name Michael Fomkin.  You will see a list of articles (including dateline NBC articles) about him, then you will notice that his name is secretly embedded into the website {kmmtalent.com}(despite the fact that he goes under the name, Michael James). 2) Any reputable company will have reputable people working and writing for them.  Please read their articles very thoroughly.  The grammar is horrific, and the overall content is that of a 5 year old. 3) Check out their videos.  They are vague and terrible.  (I love the cribs one on Youtube.  It talks about this great place, but they never show you the inside lol.) 4) Research the different locations (There is another video that an actor put up.  He recorded a call from one of their "assistants".  She claimed that their headquarters was based out of Detroit, but their office was located in NYC). 5) Call the front desk, ask about the fees and  see what their secretary tells you (he avoided the question, and when I asked what the money was for he told me he was heading into a meeting and didn't have the time).  6) Check out their employees. (Taron Singleton is their scout instructor, and he claimed to have been working there for 2 months, but I researched him and found out he had been representing the company for longer than that and claimed he was based out of Beverly Hills).

These should help you get started.  I am writing this because I know how much it hurts to be lied to, especially when you are trusting another person with your time, money and reputation.  When I approached Mr. Fomkin about this, he called me weird and creepy?  But the day before, his scouting director (Taron) sat across from me and told me that they all had high hopes for me, but I needed to get my numbers up.

They are very good at what they do, lie.  If you do the numbers (they hire about ten scouts and each scout is required to average 25 signed talents per month.  Signing means $695 for marketing fees and $39 per month agency fee), and if every scout hits their goals, this is a multi million dollar scheme.  Of course they will have money to pay celebs for appearances to keep up this persona, and eventually they get talent that is legit and gets work, but it has nothing to do with the team's core.  They buy their way into everything using your money.  They operate within the limits of the law, but the dreams they are building up are created by your own money and others like you.

False advertising and defamation of character is what I say they do.  They take honest people and hand them a dishonest product to sell.  It's bad.  Now, I want one of them to get on here and say something about me being fired, because I will then post every email and piece of information I have on them.  I quit.  They were not bitter, and I am not bitter.  Its simply the fact that they are used to lying to people, and I am not.

Avoid them.  Next year they will probably be in another office in another state.

I think they are great I actually got a full scholarship to the VIP Talent Connect event in NYC and am going on May 19th 2012 - I am asked and ready to go! Everyone at the office treated me with respect and has been helpful with the million times I have called with questions. Thank you Alycia Kaback and Michael

what's funny is...i never got a call from this number. Idk this whole scam thing seems kinda fishy to me. The way you guys explained you got "scammed" is pretty routine and none of this ever happened to me when i went. The guy i went to actually showed me the people i would be working with and i saw their portfolio on imdb i also saw pictures of people at the summit and i saw the video with the same people in it and it was clearly the talent connect. So far no scam...i had to pay something upfront but it was cheap and they did give me time to put in a down payment...of all the research i've done...this company is pretty legit....if it were a scam i don't think it would take too long before they were found and shut down. No i am not aly or anyone who works there..i am just a person who went to both interviews and did LOTS of research since i'm a skeptical person

Haha! I just looked up Nick Santorelli and found nothing! Man, you would think one would put more of an effort into making fair, honest money than all this effort you go through to scam people. I actually took off work as a bartender where I make $400 a night for an interview tomorrow for a PR position (which I'm guessing is going to turn into a scouting position after all that I have read), and I am definitely going! I cannot wait to raise hell and call out this no-good pyramid scheme to everyone there. Thanks everyone for the heads up! I'll post the outcome tomorrow after the interview!

I'm a professional photographer in Philadelphia, specializing in shooting actors and models, I shoot them everyday and my studio is thankfully, very busy. I receive calls from potential clients inquiring about getting photos done after they tell me they just got signed with KMM or VIP talent, I actually just got a call about an hour ago, and I always tell them it's a scam because clients I have shot in the past come back and tell me of their experience. I've been in Philly for a long time, and I am on a first name basis with most of the casting directors and agents in town, they never heard of this company. It's just a matter of time until us locals drive her out of town.

Rebecca - if if turns out you were wrong and you just posted your story on the world to see, wouldn't you have opened yourself to slander and libel? My suggestion is to write the definition of the exact scam you excuse the company of being - since you have first hand knowledge, explain what the exact scam is - not the fact they obviously fired you - but what the scam is. I am curious to know. Thank You

I would not waste my time on this!!! I got the job to be a scout yesterday the girl who interviewed me told me she went to school to be a surgeon and was in her residency than found this job? She cured left and right not professional at all so I gave it a shot.. than today I was supposed to start training well I started asking questions like how they are different from the people who stop you at the mall? They couldn't even answer my questions. The lady got called into an office than pulled me in a separate room and told me I asked to many questions and the job just wasn't for me. And I left! Duh you don't want me working there because i have common sense and figured out your a scam!! Idiots.

Hey Joe, how do you know how they got the number.  Maybe someone put a song on a website and they scoured the sites and got contact information.. either way, look alive.. there are tons of posts about this being some type of scam.  I for one, do not recall ever applying to any talent agency.  They are obviously paying for some bogus list for people remotely interested in music or whatever.

Yeah and they are getting paid with your 900-2400$ that you have to pay to be invited to these events where that are appearing. I couldn't believe they actually asked me to start a payment plan the day after my interview. The event wasn't to be held until 3 months later. Why in the hell do I need to pay upfront? And why the hell do you only get someone to take your pics when you walk in, breakfast and lunch? Tehn they get sour with you when you say your skeptical. Wow!!!

I have worked for Aly for a week now and the time, energy and effort she puts into this company is simply amazing. She truly believes in helping out anyone who wants to break into the biz without all the hassles of trying to go about it all the wrong ways. She simply networks you with the who's who in the industry, and has faith in all those that come through our doors. If any of you think this isn't legit maybe you should come in and see what we do on a daily basis and all the people we have helped.... have any of you never heard the saying don't judge a book by it's cover? It just blows my mind that people have nothing better to do than talk about someone you don't even know, your obviously bored with your own life. Like i said if you need more info and truly want to further your career check out our website and see what we really can offer you??? www.alyciaklaback.com

Please take the time to be educated and not just fall victim to others opinions without the facts.

So, Blind man- nice try with that nick name! Isn't it funny that I heard the same story about that "investment advice from a homeless man" just today, on my meeting with you, guys, in your VIP talent whatever...office? Wasted my time for 2 hours, hearing comments on how "pitty" was people's(that were attending the meeting in the same room and time)  experience and expectations and Warning for scam-funny, ah! I was told I'm very talented after a group meeting and answering a question on what would I like to achieve, after which I was informed about the amount of $2900 for a package of whatever. hm, and how exactly did you measure my talent, I'm asking? Well, got a scheduled appointment for tomorrow for... let me see how it sounded "we don't work with timing frame"-yeah, that's what you said.  Guess what- I'm not showing up, because I VALUE MY TIME and respect yours, something that you lack in. See ya, may be as a different user in a different web site, but keep defending yourselves, it's not giving much result as I can see...;)

VIP Talent Connect really does work, I know quite a few people who have met some of the most amazing people through them. If you look over the website they have a few movies from actual events. You can also see the success stories as they do speak for themselves. The are not a agency nor are they a school, so to cover your own exspenses to be at the event is more then fair to me. Remember you can always do it on your own but you will still need the connections and that costs time which is still equal to money. Good Luck with your future no matter which way you choose to go it always is all about who you know. :)

Event Reminder
Well got an appt tomorrow, so I will write back if this is legitimate or not. I've been in the biz for years with family members who have careers in acting, singing and so on. Names that people would recognize. 1st off ain't nothing for free. If you or someone you know has the talent, someone will offer money for them and ask for a percentage, if they find them worth wild. That's the way it goes. 2nd It never hurts to attend anyone that claims they are associated with celeb's and so on. Chances are they are either mental patients who think they know someone or they really do know someone somewhere, and ever connection helps! So its better to not burn bridges and take in all you can from someone. Specially when you're in the begingin of the game. 3rd Just never sign anything until you have looked it over and put some thought into it and ask around. Again if they really want you, they WILL wait for your signature...remember they want you. Its there lose if they close the doors to waiting, not yours...ever!!!! Besides it looking professional on your end, and you will earn the respect for it in return in the long run, it provides knowledge to you. Some contracts are not always what they seem. Yes there is always a catch...they want you. Everywhere it is the same business of work. Not just the entertainment field. They want you for as cheap as possible. So my thought to anyone who replies to any talent biz is this: stop, think, never sign right away and never give up! write me back if you want!
