Three calls in the past hour(7 PM to 8 PM) and no one on the line. When I called back to the number I get the recording "this number has been disconnected". How do you block this caller?

this number calls me a few times a day ...when i answer it clicks a few times then busy signal...called back and the number is disconnected...very frustrating

Just got a call from this number. It came up on caller id as Philadelphia Pa. A recorded message was left but the mwssage was 5 seconds long and could not understand what she was saying.
