I have received several of these type calls and have reported them previously; however, this time I pushed "9" to speak with a live operator. Sounded like a young man... said his name was Lex but would not give me his last name. He assured me that they were not doing anything illegal; I assured him that I was going to report the call anyway. To hang up, he slammed the phone down. I hope they call back so I can make them mad again. Maybe I ruined his day... I can always hope!

Caller ID showed the number and "FLORIDA." Message talked about lowering my credit card rates. I pushed "9" to speak to an operator. Said his name was "Lex" but would not give me his last name. Tried to assure me that they were not doing anything illegal... I assured him I was going to report the call, anyway. He tried to continue the conversation but I told him that the only reason I pressed "9" was so I could tell them I was reporting it. He angrily slammed the phone down. I hope they call back so I can harass them again... Maybe I spoiled their day... I can hope!
