Voicemail was a recorded message from an IRS/tax help company.

How is that helping anyone? This isn't the "what did you do when ###-#### called" database. It's WhoCallsMe - as in what person or entity has dialed my number.

I missed a call from this number but when I called back the message said. "Thank you for calling WCA subscriber services. We are sorry we missed your call today...."  and I hung up. I suppose the original call to me wasn't important because I have no business with a company named WCA.

Message said that since I was a member I was eligible for prizes, gift certificate, visa gift card etc.  Would let me opt out, but fug 'em.

This is a telemarketer. It is also WCA as you have stated. I have had numerous calls from them and have no idea why they call.

yup - just like everyone else -- only on cell and no message.  geez. you idjits want to really talk to someone, leave a message at least.  this way guarantees you will neither be answered nor called back.  Thanks to the poster who located the owner of the number.  Dunno who "WCA" is, but 800notes is full of other numbers the twits use as well -- for various scams, all the way from "debt relief" to subscription services to "loan modifications".  Yeah right?

I was wondering why I'm getting so many of these calls. I get them on my pay-as-you-go phone, so I won't answer any # I don't recognize or it will cost me $1. You may be onto something. Yep, I only get the calls on my cell.

I just received a call from this number. The caller did not leave a message.

This number called me at 4:21 pm and didn't leave a message. I'm getting sick of these random automated calls to my cell phone for crap I have not interest in or signed up for. Bug off telemarketers. I don't care what I have supposedly won but, you guys are definitely eligible for a cup of STFU.

Have gotten 2 calls from this number and neither time did they leave a message.  I tried going to the website as posted above but there is no longer a website by that name.

Called me in the evening.  I wonder if it's telemarketing.

Called while I was on the phone.  Left no message.  I've recieved calls from many strange numbers over the last month.  I went to www.wcaconcent.com this morning and had my number registered for the do not call list.  If I'm still getting calls next week, I'm filing a complaint.

I'm growing to suspect these type of calls coming from cell phone cos. trying to boost their sales. Are others receiving these calls on their cells or land lines?
