collection agency contracted by your credit card company

all they said was hello and then hung up!

CALLED, LEFT NO MESSAGE.

215-436-8620 called me and the caller ID said "Unted Stationers."  My understanding is that this is a collection agency.

This is the first time to get this caller. They did not leave a message. Called 2 times in 1 hour. I don't think it is the company that is on the I.D. caller, could be a tricky collection agency. I have gotten so many of those calls looking for my son-in-law. I will not deal with these calls.

Called 6 times from 215 436 8620 directly to my cell phone (which I DO NOT GIVE OUT) within a 5 hour period and so far once to my landline (which I place occasionally on "block all calls") just today.  I picked up the landline call while on MUTE and of course no one is on the other end.

SET YOU?R FAX MACHINE OR COMPUTER TO CALL THEM BACK ALL DAY LONG. IF ALL OF YOU DID THIS IT WOULD SWAMP THEIR BUTT. IMAGINE 50 PEOPLE WITH COMPUTERS AND FAXES CALLING THIS NUMBER ALL DAY LONG. IF THEY CAN CALL YOU, YOU CAN CALL THEM.

This number has been calling me  yet I don't know who they are.  It seems it's another scam doing the rounds.  I suspected they could be that, and when I checked, I found them here!  I will always cut them off upon calling.  They suck!!

When I answer its just dead air, its a constant thing.

I have been getting multiple calls from them.  I called and left a message to be added to their privacy list.  They said it could take up to 10 business days for them to remove it.  That is a LONG time!!!

calls every 1/2 hour to hour. this is getting very agravating. they never leave a message & now i have recently start picking the phone up & hanging it up. maybe they will get the point... & my phone number is on may different DO NOT CALL LISTs...

My girlfriend's cell rings constantly from NCO, under two separate numbers. 2154368620 and 6512041366. They call anywhere from 5 to 20 times in a single day at all kinds of weird times ranging from 6 AM to midnight. I'm going to start calling them repeatedly and harassing them the way they do us. Every time we answer it's either dead air or some Indian. It's a pre-paid cell phone to boot, so every time we do answer, it's wasting money. They never even tell us what we want, they basically blackmail us with "Ok, we'll tell you who we are, as soon as you give us all of your personal information". No thanks, terrorist.

I am in South Dakota.  This number calls me every 1/2 hour throughout the day, never leaving a message.

Many phone calls over the past few days from this so called debt company. This was dealing about a vehicle we disputed a while back with the attorney general. The company has been notified in writing to never call again. By Texas Law, they can no longer contact. But this company does not care. They call and threated whomever answers the phone. The resort to name calling and stated they will track down and harrass family and friends. I have already turned them over to the Attorney General of Texas and to a local FBI agent I know.

i have gotten a total of 9 calls today from 3 different numbers, one being this one and i have a feeling this is an illegal debt collection agency. if anyone has the chance SUE SUE SUE.. i am taking this to a lawyer and changing my number but not until the lawyer says i can get  something from this. i agree it is very annoying and i am not the type to sue but its getting out of hand and these people need to be stopped.

This company has been calling us, but I do answer to see what they want

They call and call. I learned on the internet that this a scam number used by NCO Financial. This is an outfit that buys old, uncollected bills, whether they have been paid makes no difference. They hope to intimidate you into paying them. The people who NCO uses speak very little English so don't say much; they won't understand but you ARE being recorded.

I get these calls all day long. They are inturn ided as United Stations, A and D marketing, NCO Financial systems. They are violating federal law.

I'm having the same experience. Their message center is full. I have tried calling them. I have recorded them an corresponding auto dial times. I know a lawyer who might be willing to take them on.

I am receiving these calls all day long day after day. I would like to file a lawsuit against them. Sarah

I have now gotten 2 calls on my cell phone in the last hour from this company. No messages left. It's so irritating since I use this for my business.

Asked for me and claimed to be some type of financial company

I called S & D Marketing's main number (215) 676-8266 and spoke with a young lady that said that they are a customer service and consulting business but that they do have a call center that sets appointments up for other companies. I asked her to take my number off any lists they may have and she told me that she would do that as we spoke (they're calling my cell #).

I too keep getting calls from this number but had not answered. I normally don't answer numbers I do not recognize. I called this number back and got a recording that it was S & D Marketing. Message said to leave my 10 digit phone number and someone would call back and also said that you could leave a message stating do not call and again leave your 10 digit phone number and the calls would cease. If this is indeed a collection agency I believe these tactics are illegal. Can anyone give me some insight on this as far as if this deceptive practice is legal or not?

I've been getting these phone Calls since Last Monday, They started at 8am (My Time) and  don't stop till 9pm, they call every hour on the hour. I called United Statioary, it's not them, they are aware of it.

I can't call them back because of phone restrictions but I intend to answer when they call again. I just may 3-way my laywer and let him talk.

Me again.  Someone else mentioned it was NCO, so I called to find out who it was.  This is what happened:

1) I called and a message came on stating that it was S & D Marketing ... If I wanted to take my number off their calling list it told me to leave my number.  Then it claimed that the machine full.

2)  I immediately called back.  No machine, no answer.

3)  I immediately called back again.  No machine, no answer.

4)  They called me within 2 minutes of my 2nd try.  I immediately answered.  They asked for my husband, whom is not home.  They began to tell me that they would call back, but I started asking questions.  They replied by informing me that the phone call was being recorded.  I in turn told them that's ok as I'm also recording the message.

5)  She immediately told me that she was choosing to disconnect the phone call because I was recording it.  

6)  She hung up.

This is ridiculous, by 10am, I have had 4 calls from this number, this is consistant everyday. I have not answered and have no idea who it is but I am getting furious. I tried to call this number back and it just rings and rings... I am very irritated.
