Same thing.  Unauthorized charge on our credit card with Wabby's, MA, in the line and the phone number.  Credit company removed charge and said they will ask Wabby's for verification of the charge, which it seems they are unlikely to get.  When they looked it up, the "business" was listed as an advertising firm.

Same thing - $2.95 charge. Called the bank, can't make a claim until pending. Did any of you recently sign up with PayPal or Ebay? That's the only thing I can think of.

Besides cancelling your debit card (and closing your account), you can call Equifax at 1-800-525-6285. That's their fraud alert line - they'll put a 90 day free fraud alert mark on your account and notify Experian and Transunion to do the same. This causes the credit agencies to apply extra due diligence if someone applies for credit using your information. Better safe than sorry...

On February 12, 2008 we had a Wabby's, MA charge on our Visa Card for $4.95. An early February Google search turned up nothing on Wabby's. Today, after talking again with Visa concerning this charge and getting no results unless I put a fraud alert on it, I did a second Google search on Wabbys and this time, I found your site as the first one listed. Immediately, I called Visa back and told them the $4.95 charge was definitely fraud and to cancel our number. The also put a fraud alert on our account. I called this number during February only to reach an answering machine which did not tell you the company you were calling...just to leave a message. Today they say their mailbox is full, most likely thanks to this website. Thank-you so much for putting this alert on the web. What a relief it was to find an answer.

I also received no phone call from this number, but had a charge on my bank account on 2/23 for $2.95 from Wabby's. I did an internet search of Wabby's then, but came up with nothing. I was suspicious and contacted the bank, and inquired into the charge. I got a letter from the bank today with the phone number and state the company is out of, and when I called it, got 'mailbox is full'. I searched on Wabby's again and came up with this site, so I just now called my bank and reported the unauthorized charge and had my debit card canceled. How did this place get the CC numbers of so many people in so many different states? And do they have just this card number, or other info too?

Same $4.95 charge. Anybody else also sign up for Vista Print offers?  I have several other charges that were charged to me for "membership fees" that they automatically signed me up for....just wondering if this was fallout from the same.

I plan on calling the Massachusetts Attorney General's consumer hotline tomorrow and see if  they can point me in the right direction on where to report the $2.95 unauthorized charge I was hit with on 2/23. Imagine how much money they are making by hitting people with small charges of $2.95, $4.95, and $6.95, especially when the people here account for only a tiny portion of the people they've probably charged? Most people are either not going to notice the charge, or they won't bother taking it any further because it's a small amount. That is what these type of companies hope for; that no one will report them. I've been reading up on similar companies that have been caught doing this, and they make millions...

Received $2.95 charge from wabbys MA with this number.  Googled Wabbys MA and found this list.  Immediately called the bank and cancelled the card.  Nobody seems interested in doing anything about this since they are all such small amounts.  This is ridiculous.  All these little charges add up to a lot.  not to mention the P.I.T.A. of cancelling everything.

Even better, my bank charges $7.50 to replace the canceled card. I saw the charge on my online statement listed as 'Miscellaneous Withdrawal' and called again, thinking more money was being stolen. It was, except this time by the bank! A $7.50 replacement fee over a $2.95 charge. Swell.

Just filed a dispute/fraud charge with my bank for $4.95, and canceled the card.  Not sure how Wabby's got my card info.  I personally will contact all vendors that I have done online purchases.  This is definitely a miserable inconvenience.  I vaguely recall reading somewhere about how to set-up an account that works like a credit card account to do online/phone purchases.  Similar to a paypal account, but does not allow access directly to your bank account.  After this incident, I'm going to inquiry about this with my bank and credit card accounts.  I hope this thief gets caught and prosecuted to the fullest.
