I use Google Talk to screen calls to my cell. Calls from this # or another fake have been calling me for a couple of years. Requesting a Do Not Call is a waste of breath. The few times I answered they hung up, proving that not only are they annoying but if the purpose of the calls is to sell me overseas drugs, then when it comes to telemarketing, they suck. The only bright side: Google Talk makes it super easy to block each fake # +PLUS+ it usually takes the geniuses a few days to realize what I've done =EQUALS= a few days of not having to deal with their constant calls.

You need to understand that these people ARE NOT telemarketers, they are scammers whom do not care nor do they even look at the Do Not Call registry. They are knowingly breaking the law, the DNC cannot stop them unless they get a complaint (which is not this forum/website) and even then they are spoofed numbers and very difficult to track down.

The agencies should shut down internet companies that sell spoofed numbers or else ensure they get enough legal/real identification of those who purchase the numbers so they may be able to track them.

This website is just regular people writing info for other people regarding these callers and what their scam is.

I block them but they use different calling cards so they show up from different numbers.

Who on earth would buy medications from someone calling overseas?  

I use free software and a modem that answers before the phone rings and says No Telemarking is allowed to this number, blah, blah and then hangs up.

The problem is that I have to keep adding people daily.  The number of telemarketers that don't play by the rules has gone up 10 fold in the last few years.

The government needs to get out of the Do Not Call Registry because they do not investigate or handle any of these scum.

I have read there are some states that actually have strong do not call lists and enforce it but not the state I live in.

There should be mandatory blocking of known spammers by the telephone companies.  This would be so easy to do and makes too much sense.

Another online pharmacy scam.   The Do Not Call List is worthless and there should be criminal penalties for the continued knowing violation of the law.  Make these scumbags pay with jail time (both the owners and the a***oles who hang up on you when you ask to be placed on their "Do Not Call" list) and this industry would dry up.  

Right now the politicians are worthless and in the pocket of advertisers and their lobbyists.

Called moments ago, said his name was "Justin" and when I asked him the purpose of his call, he hung up on me. But I checked out this phone number by doing a search on it and see that at least one person has reported this as a fake pharmacy company selling drugs by phone.

scam pharmacy...trying to get you to buy something...I answer phone in Korean and they ask for me by name and I just keep saying Hello, Hello in Korean and they eventually hang up.
