Oh no...good luck with Verizon...after multiple attempts to reach someone with a pulse, I still got absolutely no resolution! Sorry!

Just got the call...also on DNC.
I also spent a great deal of time with a Verizon customer service manager about this problem. She was nice enough, but clearly even her "activating the unwanted calls service" on our number did no good.
We get multiple calls from this number and others on a daily basis. Unbelievable!

I am on DNC list. This company just hijacked my phone for over 20 minutes with returning calls with same recorded message. I think I just blew up my answering machine trying to stop the calling. Even to get a call in quick to the police was near impossible, but finally did. Now I have to deal with Verizon for help? Yah, sure.

Bruce Marks of NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America). Seems to be a publicity-hound "do-gooder" & making some money, cause he likes to get arrested. His Robo-caller doesn't provide an opt-out. Illegally calling me (I'm on state and federal DNC lists) - I'll be reporting him to both, please do the same if you're on DNC lists.
