If it is a Pennsylvania number for comcast why do they call Michigan customers?

I do not know who is that number. They called me few time since two days.

I've been receiving phone calls from this number for the past week. They have called every day around noon.

They are related to Comcast and are a "teleresponse center". When I answered today, there was a barely-intelligible woman on the other end who had difficulty pronouncing words and sounded as though she were in a crowded room.

About two weeks ago I had filed multiple complaints with Comcast regarding my services, I believe she said it was a follow-up.

Need to find out who it is.
