Left no message. Never heard of these people before. CID: Starnet Tried *67'ing the number to see who it might be, got no ring and within a minute it went to a fast busy, same without *67...

they called me a couple of times said I should of gotten a discount on my BG&E bill and if I hadn't they will help me set that up I told them I am not interested and they called again..

I also have been getting frequent phone calls from this number. Although, I'm never able to get to the call before it cuts off, they keep calling my home phone. And we never give out that number.

I work nights. This number calls 5 to 6 times a day. And wakes me up. I never get to it in time but when I call it back it just. Beeps busy,. If I ever find out who it is. I know in in Philadelphia. Pa. I will go to there house and slash eveyone that is in that place of bissness's throats. And stand over them and watch them bleed out as I piss on there rotten corpses...

They called me @ home a couple minutes ago. They said I should have received a discount(?) on my gas/electric bill. And, if I hadn't, they could help set that up. I told them that I do not know if that was on my bill, that I don't know them, and if they had info on their company they could mail it out to me. I promptly hung up and got on-line.
