They have been calling me every day.  When I called back the number, I got a voice mail referring me "ringcental.com". I contacted my phone provider and block the #, it worked.

We to have received multiple calls and when I called back received the same message "# not in service".  How can they get away with that?

I've also received multiple calls from this # in the past few days.  See LBESQ's link above (thank you for kindly providing this link!) I went onto my wireless account and found how to block unwanted #s. Not sure if it will stop the scammers from attempting to contact my # but worth a try. It's very sad that good people have to waste their time dealing with such absurdity.  (the company's name does not display....I got this info from online consumer sites like this one)

Said they were Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas offering a great deal for $159 if I provided my credit card number.

fake.  I called back to resolve the matter and the guy hang up on me.  when I called back I didn't say anything and before he hang up he said "mother...er".  I don't think a real agency would say that.

who are these people from india calling from this number trying to scar people they say im in legel trouble they want me to give them my attorney's number they have all my info on me but they cant tell me what company its for please help me if i need to worry about this.Thank

You need to provide more information.  

this could be the Fake Debt Collector scam claiming owe on a payday loan
or it could be a real collection agency

Since you failed to provide enough info - we cannot respond on what to do
