A financial company

I received a call from 215-795-3096 saying she was Sanchez and asking for Toni. She would not leave a message with me until I would tell her if I were Toni or not.  She finally left a phone number 866-611-3411 for "Toni" to call her back.  If I understand correctly, the matter is supposed to drop after a year or so of non-contact. I don't answer calls anymore because I know they are going to harass me, these calls are supposed to stop.

Careful!  My husband doesn't HAVE a credit card, couldn't get one if he wanted one.  This guy was just as rude.  It's a scam.  They want your info so they can wipe you out.  They even have a web page they built to make the whole thing look more realistic.  Don't ever give your info to these scam artists.  You don't HAVE to deal with ANY debt collectors.  It is your right to deal ONLY with the original creditor, so tell them that!

Oh and then he hung up on me.. real professional if it was a company.... Now can anyone understand why I didn't believe him the whole call was unprofessional.....

I just received a call from a rude young punk that never identified himself just asked for me like he knew me and then proceeds to tell me hes a collector and that he wants all my bank information. When I tell him no I just don't give that out over the phone, because I have had my whole account cleared out more than once he proceeds to tell me in a cocky way I am just trying to make excuses because I dont want to pay my debt. I asked him to send me a certified letter stating that we spoke verifying his company  and that I would be glad then to submit my information, his response was No mail don't work for you. Wow I guess hes a fortune teller. I told him I would mail in my promised amount each month and he that wasn't good enough for him. I said the fact that you are so cocky and foaming out of the mouth for my acct information just makes me more skeptical.... He demanded the info and told me I just don't want to pay my bills. He must live a pathetic miserable life and his only method of enjoyment is to harass his elders....well newsflash..... there goes your commission whatever your name was (don't think you even told me that) because now I will be sending in my payments directly to the credit card co.

My father just did, asking for my brother the guy was a real jerk to him too
