Yes guy's this really is the Dept.of Veterans affairs , they do ask some strange questions but are for real , check them out

Someone call my elderly mother and asked for a voided check and a death certificate but left no name and gave her the number above ..SCAM for a routing number to account?.?.

same here. dad in va. home - but not in PA.  they never leave a message.

I just got two calls and my Dad is in a VA home so I will answer next.  They keep hanging up.

Ms Rogers from x 5768 called on 3/26/09.  I returned the call, but since there is no voice mail, the call just cuts off.  I tried again several times this morning and afternoon (3/27/09), but was cut off each time. A person with whom I spoke at the 2000 number said there was nothing she could do since that extension had no voice mail. I am presuming she called re my Dad, 6567.
