person called me said had lawsuit against me for fraud, stealing of funds for a corperation, said that i was going to be arrested at my job or home within next 30 days. told him to send the letter to me about this matter was told his investegation team would come with police and arrest me told him i'll be waitting how they got my new phone number is unknow  as well as my credit report, and social security is besides me its a forgine country using a computer number to scare people into sending them money well guess what i'm going to have fun with this person untill there sick of me calling them so f--k off people your nothing but a scam using  our states as there phone business when asked for there address in PA. was told they didnt have an address

they claim they r from a law enforcement agency and they have a warrant 4 your arrest and want your bank information to collect 800 plus bucks

This is an unlawful attempt at a creditor of some kind, to use a foreign telemarketing company to  spam call us and make illegitimate threats of legal action against you. This is completely illegal and they are getting away with it. THey are claiming that the "state department" or a law firm is filing charges against you and for you to call back with an attorney.

Think of it this way - why wouldn't the creditor or party seeking damages against you attempt to contact you directly? Them releasing such critical and confidential information violaties the FACTA and FCRA acts and is in the realm of felony territory.

THIS IS FRAUD - DO NOT ANSWER OR WASTE ANY TIME WITH THEM ON THE PHONE.
CALL THEM BACK FROM ANOTHER PHONE NUMBER AND REPORT THAT YOUR # IS ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY AND TELL THEM THAT A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED AND FOR THEM TO REMOVE YOUR NUMBER IMMEDIATELY FROM THEIR DATABASE.

Go to the National do not call registry and put all your numbers in there and file a detail report against these people. LEt's get them sued, fined, prosecuted, and put out of busines.

I had also received a phone call from # 215-859-5090 stating i had also owed money to a company (which was some what true) but the way he went about with his attitude and demanding i pay him today to keep this problem out of court was a tip off!!!!

I got a call from this number today, indian sounding guy saying i was going to be arrested at work or hoime tomorrow because i owed money. weird thing is he had all my personal info very weird!!

This company called me today and proceeded to tell me I had.a warrant for my arresst and I was being charged with theft and fraud, It was a foreign guy that gave me the name glenn, He began to read me a affidative and told me they would be coming to pick me up from my workplace....I told them I was reporting this number, the guy called me a bi*** and hung up on me. i called back.and he gave me another name Tony Brown and said he was just a receptionist!....Lol...they told me Ameriloan were the ones filing charges, I never had a loan or applied for one, I called ameriloan.and they explained to me that the number is foreign scammers trying to get money from me, but they knew my ss and that bothered me!

These people keep calling saying from an attorneys office that I must call them back and went as far as to say there was a warrant and someone would be to pick me up.I called this number back about 7:00 tonight,if it was legit the phone would be answered using the attorney's name.I told them my attorney was checking and would be in touch with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office.Enough is enough with tese scam artist.

i have had this happen a few weeks ago with a different
'company'.  i googled the number that called me that time,
found 10+pages of complaints on ripoffreport.com - same scenario.

the said i owe $500.00+ .  never once received a collections letter.  so i knew something
was weird next to the almight thick accent.

Had this person call saying I had a lawsuit starting tomorrow against me i asked for what and did not get a answer I also said I never been in PA he told me I know . Creepy The name of the firm he used is Pennsylvania State Law Firm

Ignore her or block their calls. If you must answer, demand full, verifiable proof of their claims be mailed (not e-mail or fax.) to you. She refuses, she's a fraud or is a 3rd party collector using illegal ploys in an attempt to seperate you from your money. Simple as that.
Research the FDCPA. Google it. It explains it all. Bogus collectors hate an educated consumer!

Legitimate? Probably not! Tell him to put proof in writing and mail it to you. When he proceeds to introduce you to words that are highly descriptive and in an indecipherable accent...well, that'll answer that won't it?

Received a call from this number saying I owed money. Could barely understand him. Is this legitimate?

This number called me at work to tell me that I had law suits under my social.  He proceeded to argue with me and told me to have my lawyer call him.
