Been fighting with them for 5 years. I have sent Cease and Desist letters, they ignore them. They give me a useless address to write to which does nothing. When I call back they tell me they cant help me.
Really Toyota? I have had this # for 5 years and told you over 40 times, I dont know the person your looking for. I would think we would be entitled to financial compensation for all the hours I have lost trying to get them to stop calling.

they called in the day and evening and at first did not say anything when i piccked up then the evening they said is desiree available and im like wrong number

If you do not have a loan through them and they are calling for another person, you CAN send them a cease and desist letter. Good luck Justin!

This number keeps calling me and never leaves a message. I finally called it back. When I spoke to the operated the first thing he asked was my SS#, of course I didn't give him this info, however I did give my phone number. His data base had no such number. Then he put me on hold after I asked to speak with a manager. He never picked the call back up!
I don't own a Toyota or Lexus!

You can not send them a cease & desist letter, if you have a car payment though them, they are legally allowed to call you if you have not paid you monthly payment, as stated in the finance contract.
I will say, they are very annoying, I pay may bill monthly on their website, however they do not check their website to see if you have a payment scheduled & will start calling me around the middle of the month until they receive my payment to make sure I will pay.

You can send them a "Cease and Desist" letter. That's a legal letter.

Toyota financial keeps on calling my cell number looking for someone else.I keep on telling them they have the wrong number,but the keep on calling.Is there anything i can do to get them to stop?
