These calls are coming from a call center in Costa Rica. They do cold calling and sell the leads to numerous companies. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Energy Audits, Cruises or Timeshares. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay.

I got a call from this number too. I pressed ! to talk to a rep to tell them to stop calling.  I was then told I was a m#$%er f#$%$%er and got hung up on

I just received a call from this number = 4:00pm EST 7/11/12.  I did not answer and no message was left.  I tried calling it back and I was told it was not a working number.  I called it by re-dialing from my in coming call records so no chance I had the number wrong.  Interesting that a number can call me but I can't call it back.

I get frequent calls from this number too.  They never leave a message and I don't answer because i don't recognize the number.  My cell phone provider offers blocking of numbers so i think i'm gonna have to do this even though i'm on a do not call list for IN.

I like to know who call me with this number of 1-(216) 712-1591???? I answer the phone and then who ever call me did not say a word back to me. Then dug up on me without saying a thing.

i pressed #1 and then they asked me if i was inquiring about reducing my interest rate on my credit card. I simply told them that they were the ones inquiring me about it and asked who they are...to which the man replied, "I'm just trying to make money!" then I got the :( hang up.

"Mike Brooks" identified as "Senior Executive."

Got them to run a fake cc number 4 times, kept transposing numbers to get them to re-run it.

Gave card issuer as First Union Credit Union, and at the end of the call when they pointed out that I kept transposing numbers, I told them 'really? did you also happen to notice the first initials of the card issuer I gave you?' they hung up.

That was fun!

I got a call from this number, googled it, and found this site.  So I'm glad I didn't pick up.  They did not leave a message.

So I started texting the number (multiple multiple multiple times) telling them
To stop calling that I'm not interested in their scam
Might not do any good but makes me feel better

I got a new cell same number and it has a free call rejection I add this number and about 10 others from same person and it never rings on my end so I don't use my mins

I've been called by these people 216-712-1591 a million times. They say they are "Account Services calling to reduce my interest rate". When I ask them for what card they don't answer. I've asked them to take me off their call list, but they hang up on me and continue to call me. When I call them back and ask them to take me off their list, they hang up. There appears to be no way to get them to stop calling, even when you tell them that you aren't interested. I'm going to find out who and how to report this phone abuse to, and do it!

Received a called from 216-712-1591, on 05-22-12 stating my interest would be lowered and wanted my card number etc. I said if you have it read it to me and I will verify it as correct. After going back and forth and not giving him my information his comment to me was " why don't you pull your head out of your a**" then hung up. Hopefully someone can locate these jack***es and do something to stop these scams. He said he was with Acount Services.

I didn't recognize the area code and number and did not answer. Caller left no message.

6 calls from this number since May 7th on my cellphone.   I don't give out my number and don't answer calls from unknown numbers.

Caller ID said OHIO -- credit card recording

Call non stop .. Few times a day.. I tell them not to call and hang up and call back...I reported to national do not call list...since my number is registered on it... Want to reduce my debt

However, they seem to not give a flying crap that this "company" literally calls me everyday, I've gotten to the point I actually talk to them to waste their time. These people are the scum of the earth preying on those who don't know any better.

That one today tried to convince me that they were legitimate and that you can't charge a credit card just knowing the credit card number. Unfortunately for her I work for a company that reports to the SEC and know that is a blatant privacy violation, NEVER give your account information to ANYONE, those who need it (your legitimate fiduciaries) will have it already.

This is a constant harassment from these scammers.

I JUST GET A CALL FROM 216 712 1591, SAY THAT MY INTEREST ON MY ACCOUNT WAS SO HIGH AND THEY CAN FIXED TO A LESS RATE. I WAY FOR SOME TIME AND FINALY I ASKED TO A REAL PERSON HOW GET NUMBER? THAT MY NUMBER IS NOT LISTED AND MY MUMBER IS ON THE NO CALL LIST, SHE HANG UP. BE CAREFUL FOR THAT CALLS, FOR SHURE THEY ARE A SCAM.

Any calls from this number are definately scam artists!  
They call themselves "Account Services", I asked for their full Co name and they hung up.
You ask to have your number removed and before you get all of the sentence out they hang up on you.
I am tired of these stupid calls!

216-712-1591  I get the same they answer after pressing #1 but if i start out where they get my number they hang up I call back and get there mail box is full they call daily i now added them on my cell and gave a  special ring tone so never will I answer those calls
