DID YOU PEOPLE KNOW THAT IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A COMPANY TO DISTURB YOUR WORK PLACE OR ASSOCIATES? IT IS ALSO ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO HARRAS YOU OVER THE PHONE IF YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU WILL ONLY DEAL WITH THEM THROUGH MAIL.

I have not started to get the calls yet, but they  will come. I did get a letter from the "Revenue Group" for a cleveland clinic hospital bill- they did not put which account number it was for.  I have several bills from Cleveland clinic and several other from another hospital all of which I have been sending regular payments.  I never called to set up a payment plan because it is the policy of cleveland clinic to allow only 3 months.  That is just not going to work out for me unless I stop paying my mortgage. I refuse to deal with a collection agency especially this one (google it) I am still paying the hospital directly. I pay my bills on line and for the memo part I always write "payment plan accepted if cashed or endorsed" they cashed it so they accepted my terms.

Hospitals should not be so unrealistic with their payment demands.
If one  has $4,000 in hospital debt how can that even be remotly paid off in 3 months. Not happening for me anyway. I pay what I can as often as I can sometimes twice a months- still not fast enough for greedy cleveland clinic.

DONT ANSWER IT..ITS THE REVENUE GROUP AND THEY JUST LEAVE THEIR NAME AND NOW OTHER INFO ON WHO THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH.  DEVAN MILES AND ASIA KEEPS CALLING ME ABOUT A BILL.  JUST GET IN LINE MR. MILES...LOL NEXT!

Got the call to an "Emergency Contact Number" from Devin Miles.  A**!  Go bark up someone else's tree!

Keep getting a call every couple of days about an 'important matter' from Devin Miles.  Never any details.  Kepp calling me at work and there'll be a REALLY important matter when I lose my job...

This is the Revenue Group trying to collect unpaid bills.  My bills are through the Cleveland Clinic and it is a legit debt, HOWEVER this Devin Miles lies and told me I have 25 accounts through them that are unpaid and it totals about $4500..... This is not true, I have 5 unpaid "accounts" through them and it totals about $2200.  I went to the Cleveland Clinic for about 9 months during 2009 and only 2009.... my out of pocket MAX is $3000 (there's no way possible I could owe $4500).

I had a payment plan with the Cleveland Clinic and was making payments every payday to them and they still for some reason sent my accounts to collections.  If the Revenue Group actually listened to people and were halfway decent with speaking to people they could actually work things out (I had dealt with one other collection agency before and they made it a very smooth process and I paid it off in no time).  This guy doesn't listen and just keeps repeating himself and lacks any sense of decency.  Good luck dealing with them!

This Devin Miles just contacted me on my work phone, again, after I already told him he cannot contact me at my work number.  I also checked my actual original account and the total I was billed was only $2,350.10, which I have already paid a chunk of that, leaving my balance at under $2,000.  Therefore this company is misrepresenting the amount I owe, as well as continuing to call me at a number I cannot receive personal calls on.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC and will pursue further action.

Got a call from this Devin Miles for an employee here at our office.  He said it was a business call.  Shop employees are not allowed personal calls but this guy just cant take a hint.  He is pushy.  He left a msg for the person to call him but would not give any other info.  Scavenger!
