I keep receiving calls from this number and they won't stop, I never answer it, and they never leave a message!!

Report to FCC! If enough people do it, they might go after them.

I doubt Ooma would do this type of calling and ask it's customers to report it to the government:

On the Ooma support forums is a post informing their customers that Ooma has added 2167852140  to their community blacklist. The same  post on Ooma support forums asks that If you have gotten these calls, to PLEASE report it to the Do Not Call people at:

216-785-2140 is not a spammer or telemarketer, as calls never ring more than once.  My research shows that these calls actually originate from the Ooma company.  In order to block these nuisance calls with the blacklist function, you must sign up for Ooma's Premier service at $10/month.   Ooma's business model is questionable and this is just a way for them to raise a few extra bucks to stay in business.

Received two calls at 12:15am and 12:17am. Both were single half-rings. Loud enough to waken me and my wife, but too short to register on any of my caller-ID devices. I got the number from MyOoma - apparently, Ooma registers the caller ID before connecting to the subscriber.

Called me twice this morning at 5:50am and 5:54am.  Both times only rang once.  Somebody needs to shut down this a55hole, whoever it is.

Called me after I signed up for PRIVACY PROTECTION from INTUIT WEBSITE DOMAIN.

They called at 10:12 PM & 10:13 PM.  RIDICULOUS.

Will be filing Federal complaints and writing a letter to the states attorneys office in Ohio!!

I just got called twice by this number...during an important call. BS!!

This number appeared 8 times in 2 days on my messaging service.  Never a message.  

Curiously, there was another number, same repeats.  That turned out to be an actual business (checked first in Google) so I called.  They can only dial local numbers, so she assured me that NO ONE was calling from that number.

I read about an app that can assign a number to show up in caller id-anyone's number-how can this be legal?

Spam - Rings once then hangs up

The telephone rings once and when I hit *69 or manually dial this number 216-785-2140, it just gives a cycle tone.  I recently complained about a website called, Thrifty Vet on http://www.scamchecker.com because I never received the product and the website doesn't have a telephone number or an address.  Fortunately, the only recourse was PAYPAL....thank goodness.  However, I believe that Mr. Lloyd McKinney is probably behind these harassing cycle of calls.
