This number keeps appearing in my phone. No messages ever and when you call back all you get is a beep beep beep tone. Is anyone else getting this call?

Yes...I am getting 2-3 calls a day. They started right after I registered on some online coupon sites.I texted "stop" to the number and received a text back.It said something about this being a landline and I could continue to text at .25....The reverse phone lookup indicates it is Cleveland...Next step is to try and have it blocked.
