They call but never say anything.  Have picked up and also let go to answering machine...nothing said.  Strange.  This is supposed to be Delivery Hotline number for Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Everytime that I receive a call from this number, someone just hangs up.  Not sure the reason for the call.
