just got a call from this as well, im guessing its a scam

Got a call from this number on my cell phone this afternoon and it was nothing but a Spanish recording.

no idea if any more "me too"s are helpful or not, but i just got this harassment call as well.

i always get this 2179998686. and its very stressful because i get calls in the middle of the night and even during the day! what is up with this number when i answer there is no one or that i have won something. when i miss the call and call back the number is no longer in services.  seriously what is going on with this number!!

Received a call yesterday, late afternoon from this #. Didn't answer.

They called me on my *CELL PHONE* (ILLEGAL ILLEGAL ILLEGAL ILLEGAL ILLEGAL!!!!). Answered phone, said "Hello?", silence. Hung up, found this. Definitely criminal activity going on here, be forewarned!

4:20pm EST. Phone rang, showing this caller id. I answered but only got silence on the other end.

Got a recorded call in Spanish on my cell.  I don't speak Spanish so I don't know what they were saying. Answered it and asked who it was.  Nothing but silence on the line. Called back, got a fast busy. The number traces back to Mount Olive, IL.

Got an evoice message from this phone number.  Not opening it... very annoying!

Same thing with me. It's just a telomarketer trying to get your info.

if you call back blocked it will say not in service. call unblocked generic ans machine

Received a garbled voicemail in Spanish from this number at 9:12 pm CST on 2-11-10. I hate stupid automated dialers that leave recorded messages!

That number called me at 6:44 pm 2/10. I didnt answer it and i knew it wasnt from the us because of the number.They left a message and it was in spanish. I thought it was a spanish threat at first! Lol

Called the number back after a call was received by my grandmother on her cell. The disconnection message they play is simply an answering machine, not a real operator message. If it was actually disconnected, the message would come up after one ring, not three.

recieved this call but I do not answer numbers I do not know,called it back from a secure line and it does not work!

Just got this call, as well.  Didn't answer, no message left.  I tried it back and it was a busy signal.

just go called from number, no message left on voicemail.
