I just recieved a call from this number.  The poor English speaking person told me that ove the past 2 weeks hazardous files have been downloaded to my computer.  My reply to him was 1. learn to speak English better.  2. learn the script before trying to rip people off.  and 3.  what is the IP address of the computer in question?  He kept insisting that I had hazardous files on my system.  I then informed him that I am an IS professional and to stop wasting my time.  He continued to insist that I go to a website.  Really?  Is this what its come to?

I received a call from this number 220-887-0002.  A man said he was Peter Willis claimed that spyware was being downloaded into Windows XP and Windows 7.  He wanted to walk me through some steps and see if I had any of the spyware on my computer.  I refused.  I asked for his number and he gave me 1-800-87-2302.  I called it and they are called PC Wizards.  I asked if they wanted to sell me something. He said only if I had gotten the spyware on my computer.  I said thanks but no and hung up.

Called my mom saying that we were looking at illegal websites.  A scam or they got the wrong number...
