Appears on Caller ID as Name not Found with the following number (222) 011-4333 ........ They call listen with a loud noise in the background like the call is being recorded then hang up.

How do I get these calls to stop?

Called me twice. 7000 in grant money from the "Federal Government in Washington D.C." Tell them to suck a fat D. 222 is the area code for Mauritania in Africa. SCAMMERS

Last week I could get $10,000 in grant money.  This week it is $7,000.  Wow!  Am I lucky?  Not really, I don't act interested so they hang up on me.  Why do they keep bothering me?
