I posted a Samsung Tablet on Craigslist.  This guy text me and offered $100 extra for S&H,  was really pushy about it. Said he would moneygram the money, sent fake moneygram email saying the transfer would be completed after I gave the tracking number.  Address was to a Deju Martin in Nigeria. I called Moneygram to give them the tracking number,  they said they had no record of me or him. Then i found stuff online about this scam. Luckily the post office fished the package out of the bin for me and refunded me.

I can tell there are 15 of them and one of them is the boss they are men and women runnning this scam they are doing all of it im getting closer on the exact location of them now beware they are clever and they use identities of male and female you can be talking to either one of them at all times so far ive talked to 4 men and 3 women i can tell by there voices the worst thing is they will try to get you to open a bank account that is there specialty because they want you to move money for them and that is money laundering they are in ikeja Nigeria. That i do know just becareful and i will find out more about them soon

Met this guy on a dating sight then moved to yahoo chatting all the time and the most romantic things. Said he was from Oregon but in Nigeria with his 12 yr old boy. I was already suspicious. Then he asked for money I strung him along for fun. Then all of a sudden he had money to fly home. Today I get a call from his friend telling me he is in the hospital from this 2255555 number. So a week ago Ireally started investigating I learned how to do a reverse photo look up andfound 7 Facebook profiles all with the name David Landers from various cities in Alabama. I reported it to facebook they did nothing. I messaged all 7 got a hit back from one who started chatting from two different profiles a day later his son was in the hospital and he needed money I told him to f off. If you do a search on facebook type david landers Alabama see what profiles come the pics were all the same he sent me except on Yahoo he went by larry_bayton @ yahoo.

Says his name is Carlos Moore from ingle side California. Says he is stuck in the Jacksonville airport and they will not release him. Claims to be a free-lance engineer that was working his last contract before retiring in the UK but the number he calls from is a Nigerian number 011 234 8133551522, email address carlosmoore@yahoo.com. Supposed home number in California (424) 243-5418. When I call this number it goes to a google voicemail. Sometimes he will call from the 225-5555 no area code. Unfortunately he caught me at low point in my life and I got scammed. If you want to see the pics he sent email me at purplebutterfly1976@hotmail.com. I meet him on blackplanet. I became suspicious because things were not adding up. Says he's Jamaican and white but has a strong accent that's not Jamaican. There is a profile now on blackplanet "Downtoearthcarlos" with the exact same pics he sent me.  He became very upset when I created another profile on blackplanet. Says the airport commissioner saw my profile on blackplanet after he told him I was his wife. He told me he had something he wanted to give me when I help him get out of the airport. Anymore he told me he wanted to give me 200,000.00 for helping him but right now he cannot get access to his bank account. Very charming, extremely sexy well spoken man, very religious but a big scammer!!

I'm a genuine guy, with a lovely home in England, near to the sea. But I would never go on a dating site, as they all seem to be nutcases.

He is a cheat and a fraud. I also met him on a dating site. He said he's originally from Denmark and had a furniture manufacturing company in Birmingham England. He asked for money and help many times. Stay very far away!!!

Got a called from 225-5555 at 1:10am Sunday morning. A man with an strong accent, might be from Nigeria Africa or English. Offering me a job offer, he even knew my real full name too. I told him, why he was offering me a job at one o'clock in the morning. Then he said, he send me an email and wanted me to respond to him urgent.
Then I check my email and nothing is there or went to junk inbox. I totally understood he is a scammer searching on job sites or some sort. How did this person knew I was job searching? How he got my real number & my full name? He probably search on job sites where I've posted my resume and got a hold on me. What an jerk scammer.... so scary too. I totally block that number and if he tries to call me again with another number. Immediately, when I hear his accent I'm going to hung up.
DO NOT PICK UP THAT NUMBER OR ANSWER ANY OF HIS EMAILS. SCAMMER SCAMMER FROM NIGERIA.

To Sharebear and Celest. I knew he was a scammer from the beginning. Always making excuses as to why we couldn't meet. I led him on as much as he led me on. He never asked for money, because I think he knew I was on to him. When I confronted him, he became very angry as well. I never heard from him again.

Beware ladies! Osvald Hassem Lauritz changed his name and telephone number. He is now Holger Lauritz (CEO) with a new telephone number 507-933-0658. He cannot catch up with so many ladies rejecting him. His so called furniture store is in Denmark, South Carolina. What an idiot!

My dear friends. There are signs so you can detect the scammers. Once they make contact with you, they usually texts and sometimes call. Most of them are widowers with a child. They say that they live in the United States, but most of them are in another continent. They all have spectacular degrees, (you would think that a person with a spectacular degree does not need someone else's money) sick children or emergencies that require money. And the biggest sign of all is that they all have excuses for not meeting physically. If they happen to say that they will come to USA, but they need for you to wire them money for the airline ticket. Beware of these men and women that have these MO's. Please don't give your hard working money to people that operate this way.

At the moment, I too am getting calls from this Osvald Hassen man for 3 weeks ...... He is starting to give me the run around that he is going thru a big problem. If you look in the internet for Bharat furniture, you will see that they are located in India. This guy really went all out creating a website to back himself. I asked him not to call or text me. It's all a scam. I wonder how many more ladies he calls and text on a daily basis and does get money from them. If you want to test them, all you have to do is when they talk about money, just say that you never lend money to men and they will contact you less every day.

I have been talking to a man who says his name is James Wilson. It all started on Facebook. He posted photos of a man who looked like he could of been hispanic and half white and he had pictures of his so called young daughter mandy. He then started calling me everyday or texting me. He asked me to marry him and that he wanted me to take care of his daughter, cause his wife had died giving birth to her.He said that he was a captain in the army and worked on a base in New York about 30 minutes from his home. I questioned him big time about his very hard accent. I knew then in my gut something was not adding up at all. I questioned him over and over about there was no way he could be a captain when I let alone a bunch of soldiers could ever understand his hard accent. He then would get very angry... He did not want me knowing much at all about his life!!! That is when the red flags went up big times!!! I then caught him lieing he gave me one address in New York where he lived and then a few days later he gave me a totally different address in New York . I had been talking to him for like 2 weeks and then.he told me he had to go to the UK for a meeting with his commander. My son and friend were suspicious all along so they looked up this new phone# that he said he was calling from the UK', it was a totally different # than he had previously used!!! It was 225 5555 , they looked it up and found out this was a # used by big time scammers and that he even had his own website James Wilson. I hung up and haven't talked to him since!!! The # he gave me in New York was 585 653 8741. He never asked me for any money but wow quite the romantic!!!!!! He needs to be stopped and I mean Now!!!!!!

I "met" this guy on a website. Seemed nice, gave him my cell number. First of all the way he talks in his text is weird. Says his name is Smith and he has a 5 year old son. No mention of the mother of this son. Just that it is him and the son. States that he is from NJ but is working as a road contracter in Africa. Says he is looking for a wife and someone to "raise his son in the way of the lord." Told me he cannot wait to be with me, which first of all I never gave any indication that I wanted to be with him. One day tells me that he lost his wallet and that he has no money for food for him and his son and that he wont be able to buy a flight ticket to come back home. Asking if I would send him money and how much. I blocked his cell # but keep getting calls from this number.

I have gotten 2 calls from this #. I met Lauritz Hassen Mogens on a dating site. Have been talking to him for about a month. Hasn't asked for money yet, but glad I goggled the phone number and found this site.

I'm talking to her right now. She's asking me for help but only 260. Idk why and I don't care. But I don't trust her

This guy is also on Chemistry.com. He is in Africa. Texts in the early morning hours. Stay away from him.

I'm going to the bank this Person got me. Wanted me to send money to these different places. He pluged certain amount of money in my account and told me to send it here send it there. The check is fraudulent. It will overdraft your account that's how he got me.

I guess I was also a person which believed in this man, I've talking with this person for months, he said he was from Austin Texas, but caught on cus he has an accent. He said he had a daughter in Malaysia and wife died of cancer,  he goes by kupsh Roberts,  also seen the same picture by the name kupsh Thomas and kupsh Eric, and wanted to come live with me after he got out from the army in December. I don't think so.he used to call private or # starting with 234, but when I got a call from 225-5555 it was kind of odd so I did some searching and found this site,  glad I did or

Where were you a month ago?  george walls, remi oduola    Never been married trolling Just Widower site.  Nice pic, but doubt it was him.  If you send money thru moneygram, they cannot tell you anything about where money was picked up without a subpoena, but local authorities wont do anything because you willingly sent the money.  the phone number above just started showing up on my phone today.  he has had a NY,NY number and a Nigerian number.  i feel like the loser, but I know deep down he's  the real loser.  How do you stop someone like this?  Fraud charges have been filed and the names are on the database.
