Caller from Univision claiming to have won a $1500 prize. It is all free one just has to pay shipping costs of $169.

File a formal complaint. This is a boiler room operation that calls to convince you that you placed some order with them and that they will sue if you do not pay up. They reveal no information and become relentless in harassing you with calls. This is a sham operation. they also have many other numbers that they call from. DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO ESPECIALLY CREDIT CARD OR BANKING INFO! I now have a client that is caught uo in the mess and was ready to send them money just to stop the calls. Use your consumer rights. File with your local attorney general, State attorney, Federal Trade commission and any other agency you have available to you. You can also file a claim if you are not on the do not call list. Get wise people and use the agencies that collect tax dollars for services to you and help to close down these operations. You would be surprised how many people are fleeced in this manner. By your effort in filing complaints you help yourself and others that are not as sophisticated or educated as you are. Take a little time to fight back.

My mom has been getting various calls from 239 676 4147 or 224 543 3046. Dont believe what these people have to say, its FRAUD.!!! They call claiming to collect $800.00 for a package left at FED EX from 2 YEARS AGO!! Come on, FEd Ex does not keep packages that long!! Then the person on the other end is willing to settle the amount for $279 dollars, paid with Money Order.! That's a BIG RED FLAG!!! Dont fall into these people scheme's. I'm reporting them anywhere I get a chance.

My mom was so stressed until I did research and found out its a TOTAL LIE! Dont ever give anyone any personal information over the phone unless you have received paperwork from a company. Which we all know the debt collectors send numerous letters and VALID INFORMATION!!!!

A person by the name of Andrea Gomez Escalante has been calling me from this number (224) 543-3046 and 1800 979 3005 asking me to send a check or money order to them, but when i ask for their physical address and i start asking some other questions they get offended, they talk about some products that i bought and never send the money and they have my box in their office or something like that, so that's exactly what they being saying over the phone for almost 2 weeks already, but i haven't sent anything.

They asked me to pay $1000 for a purchase I made 6 months ago which I paid off in 1 payment. I refused to pay so a fiscal is coming to my home to "see what can be done "...I can't wait to see the fiscal/lawyer in my house.---->SCAM

They have called me stating that I need to accept a package and if not they will sue me and that they are Lawyers and really pushing me  to accept some package and sending them $$$

If you receive a call from this number saying that you have won certain items  its a scam DO NOT fall for it report it to the better business bureau. DO NOT give out any info they are lookingh for wjoever falls for it to get their money

They keep call me also....home phone.... cell phone....where did they get these numbers? Tonight I told him to take me off of his list, he said, "hey baby but I am a doctor." ....if I could have reached through the phone, he would never talk again....PURE HARRASSMENT!!!!

Ive been getting harassed they claim to be working with telemundo and saying ive won 2000 dollars in prizes and want me to pay for shipping costs. i get called from them every day three times a day.

Has anyone been calling from this number saying that they are a American Lab selling medicine products. These people keep on calling me trying to make me send them money. If anyone has info on this please reply!!
