They called me also and I called back and they are a career training (school recruiters) firm. Basically anytime you sign up for something, even a free sample and you may inadvertently sign up for more information on a new education or career and these are the people that call you.

These people keep calling but do not leave a message.  Shows up as "Colonial Proper..." caller ID doesn't have letters after that.

They call four or more times a day, don't ever leave a message, and then hang up.

Who are they? The number called my elderly mother and wanted personal info.
