Got calls from this number as well - in our area it is the local LIBERAL representative. I get calls from this number for the last three days every evening about 7pm and just hang up. This is the stupidest way for any party to campaign. My elderly parents get this number calling them and I'm just afraid they might fall in their hurry to get the call. I agree - this is disgusting politics!!!

Been getting these calls all week, usually around dinnertime and even on Sunday. Everytime I answered they said nothing.  Yesterday I answered and said nothing myself, oddly enough someone said 'hello' and immediately started campaining. I advised her I would not be voting for anyone who campaigns in this manner, that if they aren't aware of the huge problem of telemarketing they shouldn't be in office anyway.  She apologized and hung up.  Aaaand I just got another call....aaaand I answered, said hello and guess what....no response.  If it's Bill Marra's office, as another poster said, he's not even running in my riding! Ugghh...this should be against the law.    Even people in the outlying county who can't vote in the city are getting these calls.

I received one on Friday Oct 15/10 for a vote for Eddie Francis. I questioned the women on the phone as to why as Eddie Francis' campaign was not supposed to be doing "robotic calling" according to the Windsor Star. I questioned the lady and she told me that she was calling from the east coast. I would not tell her who I was voting for. As of Oct.18/10 at 5:20 we have had 9 calls from the same number. VERY VERY IRRITATING!!!

This # is from Bill Marra asking for votes.  Please send a message to these people who think they can call day and night at their convenience to bother you.  What really gets me is if they are on another line they will let you sit there with the receiver in hand and they don't have the courtesy to acknowledge you.

Called me twice in the last day. No answer. Pain the a**! If I find out whos campain office it is I will not vote for them! Stop the automatic calling. Disgusting politics!

I am sick of this phone number calling me at all hours of the day and night - no answer, unknown id and when I tried to block calls from the number through Bell Canada I was told that it cannot be done.  I called the number from a payphone this morning and got an answering maching stating only "you have reached our campaign phone bank" - no name or organization identified.
