The consignment was abandoned because the Content was not properly declared by the consignee as money rather it was declared as personal effect to avoid diversion by the Shipping
Agent also the Diplomat inability to pay for Non Inspection Fees.

On my assumption, each of the boxes will contain more that $4M or above in each and the consignment is still left in storage house till today through a registered shipping Company, Courier Dispatch Service
Limited a division of Tran guard LTD. The Consignment are two metal box with weight of about 110kg each (Internal dimension: W61 x H156 x D73 (cm). Effective capacity: 680 L.)Approximately,The details of the
consignment including your name the official document from United Nation office in London are tagged on the Metal Trunk box.

I just got this exact email to my workplace.. deleted right away.

Did you deposit the check to your bank and did it clear for you to receive your money like he said it would???

wtf ive been gettin emails like that thinkin they are legit but f*** that ima bout to go off on this mfkr s*** i had a feelin it was tooo goood to be true. they can kiss my a** good thing i didnt send out my f****n email im soooooo f****n pissed.

I got the same email but the name was Mathew Philip and he was born March 5 1955. It just sickens me that people would go thru so much just to be somebody else. Thats exactly why i put a lock on ssn number and credit card info i get text right to my phone everytime i use it.

Well you can try to deposit it but I would speak with a manager at the bank and have them validate the check before you deposit it or you may be liable for a bounced check fee.  Even if they accept the deposit, wait at least a week to ensure it is not returned by the issuing bank or longer if the bank is overseas.  The way the scam works is they send you a bogus check and then ask you pay the bills from your account that now has the "money".  When the check fails to clear, you are now stuck paying back the money to the bank and with overdraft charges.  Proceed very carefully.  They may even let the first small value check clear to gain your trust then send a large one that will bounce after you pay their bills.

I too received the same emails and fell for this, however as soon as I received an email about sending large amounts of money at Western Union to 3 different people all at the same address, I started to do some research and while doing this research, I found out that the history of Mr.James Toliver does not exsist. He is unable to talk and will not answer a lot of the questions that I have. I emailed western union and I submitted several scam websites about this person. My thoughts are with you Patricia-and my question to you is this, where you sent a cashiers check or where you sent an actual check?? I received a cashiers check via Fed-EX in the amount of $7500.00 and it was sent from a David Smith and when I emailed this James person he stated that he would be sending my payment out in the form of USPS. It happened to me.
I show the money order to the bank and they said is legit and so I deposit. Within a week, the money order bounced because is a counterfeit money order. Please do not deposit to the bank.

Show it to the post office. they will let you know if it was legit or not.
Im telling you this because I fell for this trap and have to pay the bank back of $9872 dollars.

I recieved two money order of $975 dollars and 7000$ Cashier Check. They all bounced. Again, dont withdraw the money or deposit.

Bring it to post office and they will tell you if it was real or not.

Dont deposit and then withdraw. You will regret it. Is a counterfeit money order. Dont do it.

I was Born. May 29, 1947 St. Paul, MN .i was a founding director of the Institute of Agritechnics and has worked for several decades in closed ecological system research, ecological engineering, the restoration of damaged ecosystems, desert agriculture and orchardry and wastewater recycling. im the Chairman and CEO of the Institute of Agritechnics, a U.K. non-profit organization, which consults to several demonstration projects working in challenging biomes around the world; Vice Chairman of Global Agritechnics Corp., head of Wastewater Gardens International. i have helped pioneer a new ecological approach to sewage treatment, ?Wastewater Gardens®? which are constructed subsurface flow wetlands with high biodiversity and has created over 90 such systems in Mexico, Belize, Bali & Sulawesi, Indonesia, West Australia, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Bahamas, the Philippines, Algeria and the United States since 1996. i served as Director of Space and Environmental Applications for Space Biospheres Ventures, which created and operated Biosphere 2, the 3.15 acre materially closed facility near Tucson, Arizona, the world?s first laboratory for global.. my research inside included litterfall/decomposition in the tropical biomes, population dynamics and biomass increase, sustainable agricultural system, and constructed wetland sewage treatment system. Beginning in the 1970s, i worked in the high desert grassland south of Santa Fe, New Mexico where he made hundreds of tons of compost, planted over a thousand fruit and windbreak trees, creating an oasis in previously overgrazed and eroding country. Since 1978 i have worked in the semi-arid tropical savannah of West Australia where he helped start Savannah Systems P/L a project centered on the pasture regeneration and enrichment of a 5000 acre property in the Kimberley region. Publications include co-authoring ?Life Under The Ground? and ?Agricultural Emerging Nations?, editing ?Biological Support Technologies: Commercial Opportunities? and numerous chapters in books on space life support systems. my research papers include ones on ecological hierarchy, wastewater recycling through the use of constructed wetlands, and applications of closed ecological systems. Pearson was a Contributing Editor of the journal, Life Support and Agricultural Science from 1993-2002. my educational background includes a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering Sciences from Yale University. my dissertation involved the creation of experimental Wastewater Gardens® for protection of groundwater quality and coral reef health along the coast of Yucatan, Mexico. my M.S. was in the School of Renewable Natural Resources, University of Southern California; and  B.A. in Philosophy/Pre-Med Sciences was from the College of William & Mary. I have 3 kids and happily married.

Got the personal assistant email where the name came across as David Clinton but the email address was marknelson247123@sify.com which right away tells me something is up.

2nd clue - if person states "I found you/your resume on <whatever they use> (in my case today, the email stated they found me on "Google Jobs".   I looked, there is no such thing.  

3rd clue - if they ask you for personal information of any kind.

4th clue - level of grammar and spelling - you can tell when someone's native language is not English

NEVER, EVER give out personal information to someone who is soliciting you.  This includes name, address, phone, and any other information.  If you are asked, refuse and tell them why.  Tell them if they contact you again, you will report the scam and even mention, "your IP address can be traced" which might put a bit of a scare in them.

I am very suspicious of anyone sending me email unsolicited.  If you see someone stating things like "I'll send you money", "I know you from...", "I want to send packages to your home" and more.  Are you kidding?  No way in heck is someone going to send packages to me and I do not know them personally.  Drugs could easily be hidden in these packages.  You get caught, you're at fault.
