Just received a call from this #. I can not remember the # of calls about credit card reduction. Nor can I remember the # of times they have changed their phone# Would a class action suit stop this nuisance call?

I just got a call a few mins ago.  I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.  I've also been getting a lot of 1-888-287-4540 calls none stop the last 2 weeks.  This is getting really annoying,

they are hard at it again today after the long weekend. I didn't give them a chance to start their spiel. I'm sure the number is spoofed (messge above said caller was from Florida not Ontario). I've been getting many of these calls for the past few weeks. When I check them out on this site, I invariably find a reference to Florida. What I want to know is this ---- whatever did we do to you Floridians to deserve this? Obviously, you have attracted a lot of creeps to your state - is there something wrong with your state laws that you are a haven for these bottom feeders?

Got a call from this number early this morning. Do these creeps never give up? Because I have got so many scam calls in the past few weeks, I suspect my number has been put on a list -- these scum use a random digit calling system (most numbers they call are not in existence and so likely they compile a list of numbers that are 'real numbers' - and possibly they sell the list) - I guess this is the cost of letting the call go to voice mail or of picking up and talking.

You would think that changing your phone number would be the answer - but not really, since they will find you again through random digit dialling. If there really is a heaven/hell - let's hope they all end up burning through eternity.

Yep called me too, in Vancouver we just signed up for a telus phone and got an unlisted number and weeks later we're getting telemarketing calls!

Called me, I didn't answer. Caller ID said Ontario. I'm in BC.

Called me. Started talking a bout a final notice to cancel a credit card, then silence.. WTF?

They said this was my final notice to reduce my credit card debt.  Ahhh, yea right.

My cell phone showed this number while I was on my landline phone. The display said "Ontario". I didn't recognize the number, so I ignored it.

Keeps on calling our home phone number, when not answered they do not leave a message on the voicemail. When we answer the phone no one is on the line.

Calling about credit card debt... Seems like a scam, I hung up on the caller.

Caller says she is in Florida, but can't give address... poor quality telephone... suggests internet connection, not a land-line. Waste of time, can't get DNC to act on this nuicance...
