I've just received a one or two rings from this number, I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the information.. I was suspicious about this number because my friend received a ring from the same number just a day ago and I check on the internet about this +228 Country code and it is a Togo republic...?!?!? WTF??!! Then I realized it must be a some kind of a theft going on because they probably want you to call back and earn them money or some other benefit....

Calling me and hanging up, I had a missed call... it speaks in some weird lanugage, like Hungarian, not African, because I see these are nr. for West Africa. It made me a big bill. I couldn't identify who is it.
