This guy sent me a 3000 dollar check total scam!

My biggest mistake was to put my Resume' on Craigslist.com. Immediatly I got a ton of emails from all sources asking if I wanted to work for this or that ( Maid Service, Car Advertising, etc. ). I got this check from an anonimous person for 970.00 to cash and send to another person. The check looks ligit so don't cash. Post it on this site. It is a Felony in the state of Florida to cash such a check without funds.

they say I can print off checks and mail them for a nice salary. based out of Georgia and I'm no where close to them... scam artist! don't accept jobs from this company or person.

oh wow! Posted a 300.00 forage blower. Got texts from this number but i was a step ahead of this scam. Wanted to buy it but forgot to agree on a price. wanted our name address etc.? Really they dont have forage blowers in Georgia? We r in wisconsin and he would want to buy a 300.00 dollar blower to somehow get to Georgia??? Funny but not really these scammers dont have a real job they make a living off of people they can scam!!! Can someone report this to Clist Im not sure how to do it. Sad!!! I will send a text to this loser to get a job or something!!!!!

I too recieved a check from this person in the amount of 2600 called the name on the business check and someone has been sending out fake checks for craigslist ads from this poor company autosense inc out of texas.

yes this guy is making lots of fraud... I received the check of 3000 too but of course its a false check... Be awareyou dont want to get in touble...

Thank you for your awareness and vigilance concerning the scammer(s). It is very unfortunate that he is using our name and legitimate company for his illegal scheme. We are in the process of identifying and eliminating this nuisance.

I posted on craigslist looking for job in child care and now I have this person who is supposedly the CEO of coastal payroll services trying to hire me to print checks from home. total scam. if you have this number text or call you just ignore it! Coastal Payroll services may be legitimate but this person is not

Said he wants to buy my bedroom set as seen on Craigslist... he even offered to pay shipping. Seriously? I texted back asking if they didn't have any beds where he was. I'm glad I thought to check the number here. Obviously, it's a scam but I'm reporting this so people see it's a pattern. Thanks to all of you who posted before me.

After reading this, I just text back and said I am unwilling to sell my goat they had seen on Craigslist. I thank you all who posted! I could have been seriously scammed!
