have no idea but the caller i.d. said"guidance" what ever that means...with all the technology out there you think there would be a way to block calls as soon as you see the number so they'd never get through again...sheesh

I keep getting callls from this number at all times of the day- does anyone know who it is? I do have family in Mi where the numer si from- but- not that area code?

I get calls from this number numerous times a day. They have no consideration nor respect. I stopped answering and they won't leave a message. It's just constant harrassment.

Just found out all about this number 231-224-2063...This number comes from a outbound call center in Islamabad Pakistan. The company is called Touchstone Communications out of Fort Worth Texas. Call the CEO Tom Sloan directly to complain about their harrassing and illegal phone calls (817) 500-5000

Every day I receive at least 4 or 5 calls from this number. They don speak, don't answer. The calls are very suspicious, probably part of a fraud scheme o tapping my phone.

What can be done to stop the calls?

I don't know who these people are, but they're calling me at least five times a day!  I want it to stop!

This caller, call cuple times a day. Id is auto insurance (Lucre, Inc) They are using  differt names now.

I have no clue who this is. They won't respond when I answer my phone. They call at least 8 times a day. I'm not going to call the number back because I don't know who they are or what they want.

I keep getting calls from 232242063 on my Cell Phone!  When I answered it once there was nobody on the phone.  But it keeps calling several times a day.  I tried calling it back and a recording came on with no company name but asking me to leave a message in a voice mailbox.  I did, I yelled real loud and demanded they stop ringing my phone.  I reported it to Do Not Call Registry and they called me again.

all you have to do is bock there number. They have been calling me only for the last few day but many times a day. I just logged on to my cell phone web site and blocked it. it was really easy. good luck every one.

I have told these people to stop calling me constantly.  The calls stop for a few days then they start right back up again calling at least 3-4 times a day.  I think telling them to stop calling is NOT going to work.

This phone number calls at any time including 10:30 pm. When I answer the call nobody will answer. If I call back the recorder will tell that the box is fulll. But I get at least one call per hour from this phone.

Calls my daughters(she is 12) phone 2x a day four hours apart. Its a collections company. I guess my kid owes some money!

I keep getting calls from this number and when I ask not to be on their call list, they hang up on me and then call me again. Its the same process over and over. I cant keep listening to my phone vibrate at work!

10 CALLS A DAY

I  am getting callls from this number five to six time a week.  i call back number left a message to take me off their calling list and please don't call again 15 min later they called agian when answerd they hung up
