A man called me at 13:04 on Jan 17 and then he hang up.

I FOUND THEM!!!! Call (469) 449-6900 and ask for a manager in the Telemarketing department. He was very angry at the fact that they were hanging up on me so he removed all of my companies numbers from 3 call centers!!!! Otherwise they will call all day and be very rude to you.

I called the FCC and reported the number. A nice $5,000 fine for everytime I report them!

I just got off the phone with the Crescent Processing Telemarketing Manager. They run "Diamond Processing". I explained how the telemarketers call me even though I am on the do not call list. He was very nice and promised to put me on the list of DO NOT CALL.

They are Diamond Processing, probably peddling a credit card processing scam.

Yeah! Constantly getting this same calls, nice having caller ID. If I don't know the caller I don't pick-up the calls, the machine does. Then click!

Most of those unknown number's are just telemarketer's. They need to get a real job. And stop makinging calls for products we are not interested in.
If we needs something we'll make our own calls and order from companies we know.

Receive this call regularly.  Precisely as others describe: Asks for owner and hangs up when informed there is no owner available.  Rude and annoying.

They now have a voicemail system that allows you to leave a message for company members.  I recommend calling, leaving a message and then delivering it to as many company members in the directory as you have the time for.  Makes you feel better and may make them think twice about their business methodology and about being polite to business people during their already busy day!
After you record your message, press 3 to mark it priority and # to deliver to additional mailboxes.  When you are asked to spell a first name, simply choose some numbers (letters) to try -- pretty much any combination of letters returns a mailbox.  If you get any good ones, report it here and we can all benefit.

This person called our home at 7:15AM on President's Day...So much for sleeping in on our holiday.

received a call today and no one was there

Caller asked for the owner.  I told her the owner was never here.  I asked who was this and she replied, "This is Patty from Diamond". Said she would try to find the owner at another location and hung up on me.

Called and insisted on talking to the owner... I asked immediately for the name of her company and she insisted on talking to the owner... I said we were a non-profit org and she still wanted the owner... I asked for the name of her company and her phone number and she hung up.... The caller ID reads DP...

Someone from Diamond Processing calls us almost everyday.  I have asked them to not call us again, however, they continue daily.  What are my options at this point?  I currently just put them on hold

This company calls our business 3-4 times a day for the past 6 months.  We do not answer the phone anymore.  Called AT&T and they are telling us that we have to pay to block the phone calls.  They are harrasing us...how do we make them stop?

We get these calls constantly. Each time they ask for our owner. If i cant tell him their name and who they are calling with, he will not take their calls. If they are trying to sell a service, it's not even him that would make that decision. We are on their do not call list, yet they continue to call and waste my time as well as his.

Calls at least once a week. Always asks for owner or co-owner...and "is that you by chance?"...I always say, "no, noone is here. Who is calling please?" They give a first name. Then I always ask "...from what company?" this time she said "Diamond Processing, but this isn't a sales call". Said she'd call back another time. I said please don't. The owner is NEVER here. She asked if he was at a different location. I just said no. He is Never in the office, so there's no point in calling back and she hung up. I did the *77 thing, but it blocks all "private" calls. Hoping I'm not blocking any legitimate customers. Anyone know?
Also, I had registered a complaint with the FCC before. They basically said since we are a business, there's not much we can do!? WTF?

Continues to show up ad "DP" on caller ID.  Telemarketers.  Called it back it is the marketing line for Cresent Processing Center.

All of you spelling bee champions obviosly haven't done your homework. I googled "Diamond Processing" and the first link that came up was the link to their (not there) website. They claim to be the second largest credit card processing company in the United States, but I cannot confirm that. Selling their service is how they make money, and all of you who claim to be business owners or work directly for business owners make your money the same way, by selling goods or services. If you don't understand that then you shouldn't be in business.

always got a call from this number at 10:43am EVERYDAY!!! its annoying...so i deciced to play nasty with them...picked up the call and a sexy voice name"keandra" answered and she asked for the owner..i said..he is not here and i can take message..she asked" are u the owner?"...i said...yea...kinda!...and before she said anything ..i asked her.." are u single?"...she said. " does it matter?"...i said." if u wanna do business ...it does!"..she said.." she will call back when the owner comes back"..i said..ok...next time she calls i m gonna ask her..."wat color panties u got on today???"...hahah!!! my advice....get nasty with them...if nothing else u will get a good laugh out of it!

This person called to speak with my boss without leaving a message with me as per chain-of-command. Said she'll call back to speak with him. Not going to happen...ANNOYING

Woman called to speak to the director of the organization.  When she was told the director was unavailable, she said it was urgent to speak to her about "Julie".  Said Julie has problems, and even her sister-in-law knows she has problems.  Wouldn't leave her number.  Said she would call back.  Glad to find this website to know that we don't have to worry about Julie!

I've been getting calls from "DP" for awhile. And everytime this lady askes to speak with the owner. When told the owner is not available she simply hangs up. So today I decided to do the same to her. Sadly no one answered her phone.

calls @ home then does not leave message.  call office, asks for owner, when told unavailable said would call back later.  they will get the same response everytime they call.  what a pain the the A$$$$$$.

I get these kinds of calls all day long. Most of them seem to be lenders trying to offer the owner money for capitol or offering online advertisement. They are very annoying. I wonder now if I can block these numbers.

They call our office all the time asking to speak to the owner, wanted to know if I was the owner, was I a co-owner, who was the decision maker...I finally just said I was the decision maker and had decided to hang up.  GRRRRR!

SCAM AND SCUM!!!!!! Called my business. Asked for owner. I asked whos calling before I would forward the call. She said this is Leslie. I then asked in what reguards to this too! Why are you calling. She cut the call and hung up.

I never forward cold calls to the the owner with out that information. Especially since the call was out of the area code. Our business is a local business we meet the needs to only to the those near our service area. We are on the DO NOT CALL list. So all calls like this are carefully received..

I then called the number back. Not to my surprise the number was disconected ..

Our business received a call a week earlier from another number that time the owner answered the call. A male called trying to sale us tools for our business. He named names of other companies in the area that used their services. The owner then say no thank you, we are not in the need of those items please call back in a month. The Scammer on the phone got upset that he would purchase what he had to offer. The owner then said send me a flyer via e-mail or fax and he look at it. I was standing their when the call took place I signaled the owner, that I would call his line to get him off the phone. The owner then said hay I have another call more important than yours. Please send the info. The upset Scammer did not want the fax # nore the the e-mail address. He was VERY UPSET!!! The owner on the other had could care less

We have a rule never give out private info on a cold call. Example your credit card number.
